- Here is an update that I will soon send out:
I strongly feel that frequent communications must be maintained between the Admin and the membership. This is why I update my members frequently. And here is the latest update that will go out within an hour or so:
A friend of one of my ardent readers is apparently a reviewer as well and has basically told my reader that, ....here, you read it!
"All in all, I am convinced that the admin's intentions are good, but I'm afraid it will not be enough, and, as such, I am staying away.
As you could see, the program has had an explosive launch, and, quite frankly, I see the sudden influx of funds/registration as a warning signal rather than something positive or encouraging, mainly due to the fact that it will be very hard, if not impossible for the program to continue in the same manner and not lose momentum.
Personally, I always prefer a quiet launch and a steady, sustained growth rate over a sudden influx of funds, as an explosive growth always has unwanted cash-flow issues as a result down the road.
That being stated, the risk vs. reward ratio doesn't seem decent enough with this one to be worth a punt on my part."

Actually, we've just survived the 13th day syndrome... as a lot of folks did come in on the 0th and 1st day... but am seeing deposits climbing as folks gain confidence in the programme. So I expect it to last another few cycles without any trouble at all. How many is a few? That will depend on the membership, as always. You can pass this on to him if you wish. Or her.
And it was not an explosive growth as compared to 12dailypro, 12by12daily and it's like. It WAS an explosive growth as compared to the many thousands of unknown HYIPs and their Administration. You see? But as compared to the big ones? It was just right. And it is climbing steadily each day. Which means a nice steady growth. No sudden leaps and bounds.
And I respect your friend's limited analysis because he or she really does not have access to the data that I have. And you know me... if I were not sure this would last any much longer I'd be pulling the plug and beginning the refund process as best as I could while there was money left. But... am glad I don't have to do that for quite a while. And I DO intend to keep the Long Term Plan growing without the need for further money coming in from members or new members. I am gearing up for trading in the ForEx market using FREEDOMROCKS.cOM and the feedback am getting from many folks who are already trading using that system is excellent. I will be able to not only maintain the daily profit in the Long Term Plan at 9planetnosurf.com but I will also be able to use excess profits to help folks who need the help, in the future.
Please feel free to pass that on.
So there you have it folks. We're actually growing quite nicely and steadily. Keep up the good work folks! You really make the difference. (And watch that you are not spamming: only send your invitations to folks that already have had some dealings with you, or if you have an opt-in list, that would be fine.) I find that the best method is to send individual e-mails to folks that you know, or have known in the past. The personal touch is always the best.

Feb. 28th (Wednesday)
- Please stay away from Just Paying Daily or JPdaily as that one has indeed turned into a scam. I dropped that one about a month back after I read his scornful letter to the membership.
- I won’t send out an ALERT or Update today to 9planetnosurf members... every other day perhaps. All is going well and smoothly, including e-gold. And we’ve actually picked up more steam, as they say.
- I have also taken a quick glance at bonzaihyip.com. The over 300 plan offers 1.875% interest for 72 hours, that’s 125% after 3 days. Now they don’t say if that’s Profit or ROI, I suspect ROI, but in any case, a 35% PROFIT in just three days is NOT sustainable. So I would stay out of this one. The lower plan is not too much different. Still too high in too short a time. Even a ponzi could not sustain that for more than a couple of cycles. Note am not saying anything about the Admin. I don’t have to. The plans simply are out of this Solar System.
- I was advised by one of my members of the following, and trust me, I will listen to his advice:

Be careful with Freedom Rocks. It is a very good program, but you can adjust your risk. The higher you set your risk, the more chances you have to have your account wiped out. My demo got wiped out during a spike in the markets. If one trades conservatively for the long term, then freedom rocks is a good program. You'll get about 5% per year interest on your leveraged 400;1 account. This means that if you invest $100, you actually get interest on $40,000 If you trade 100% of your account. Freedom rocks suggests trading no more then 10% to 15% of your account. So if you have a $10,000 account, then at any time you would trade with $1000 to $1500. Leverage that with 400;1 and you earn interest on $400,000 to $600,000. At a conervative 5% per year, that translates to $20,000 - $30,000 per year income. That's were freedomrocks rocks. The trouble is that if you set your risk too high say instead of 5% to 50% or higher and trade riskier currency pairs, your chances of losing your funds become much greater. FreedomRocks has always maintained that their system is to gain profit over the very long term (say for retirement) and that their network marketing system brings in funds for the short term.

- I am joining FreedomRocks.com, that’s a site that is over a year old now, I think, and it is one of the biggest ForEx trading programmes around with lots of respect. It is not based on fundamentals (news) nor charting and one is able to earn money whether the ForEx Market (the largest Market in the World) is going up or down. Right now am starting to learn the programme and will trade with funny money for a few days or weeks before I decide. I will sign up for a personal account with Karen and a business account with a trader who has over 2 years experience trading.

Folks? We are doing just great! I've babysat e-gold most of the day and things are back to being smooth with withdrawals and spends. The current trend is up and up. It was pretty steady over the last 12 or so days, but now it is actually going way up! Why? Because folks have had 13 days now of pretty well instant payouts and it keeps happening, despite e-gold hiccups! I've tried to reason with this person and am hoping that he will leave this programme alone.
He is concerned that many folks will lose their money. And I do admire his or her forthrightness and so on. But.. I have suggested that s/he go after the real scammers with all that energy as I do not intend to run with your money. And you also know and agree to the terms... this is NOT an investment vehicle. Although, am going to soon be trading in ForEx myself, first with my own money to see how well I will do. And there is nothing illegal about that. Anyone can sign up with a Broker and trade in ForEx, it is not disallowed by the SEC or any other Agency. And am quite sure that I will be able to outdo the interest am promising on that Long Term Plan and the remaining profit will be used to pay out folks who have not profited in the short term plans. So I plan for no losers here folks. I just wanted you to know that!

Feb. 26th (Monday)
- Feb. 26th Update, 9Planetnosurf
Guess what? Today is already the best performing day of our entire 13 day history! Why? I'll explain as we go.
This morning at least five members had the same thought and expressed it in our main Forum thread at MMG, as well as by e-mail. Now, when at least five folks have the same thought? That means I ought to listen, and I did.
What they were concerned about was that as long as spends have not yet expired, they were unable to add to the programme for a while because each plan was limited to two upgrades/spends. And many folks are in the smaller plans, in terms of spends. Hence the earnings from those were typically not enough to make a spend into the next hire plan! Do you see where am headed? So the solution was to simply increase the number of spends possible in each plan.
So that's what I did at about 10:30 a.m. this morning. I also announced it on the home page in the News segment (which all of you should not ignore, always look up and to the left, as I make daily announcements there) and on our main Forum at MMG. You can now have 4 concurrent upgrades/spends in each plan. Over the next three hours, as a result, spends surged! And now, by 5:30 PM EST members have made this day the largest in history. Way back to the Big Bang!
I am now also able to move funds from one plan to another in the event that one of you spends in the wrong plan by mistake. And it has already happened a couple of times! This time there is no ref. comms loophole. So do not be afraid..... to ask me to change your plan if you made a mistake. Gino will not be paying you a visit.
I've been so busy today that I have not managed to update my BLOG yet! Will go there soon.
Finally, this morning I caught up with all withdrawals that were waiting in the queue from the wee hours of this morning. As per usual. I don't want to change things due to security reasons. For both your safety and the programme's I need to have those larger requests flagged and waiting for my scrutiny.
Oh and one more exciting piece of news! I do believe I've settled on the ForEx solution, and trust me, there is VERY little possibility of any loss. The worst-case scenario is that one month we'll do 4% profit or so, rather than 10% (or more). I won't tell you about it today as I won't make a move for another week or so while I test the system. The future is bright!

- I will now accept banner advertising at the 9Planetnosurf site. There is a news item on the home page. Read it, then click on the more.... link to see the pricing schedule. I will have to approve each one and add it manually. The revenue generated from this will go into the reserve pool.

Looks like a GoldCoders script that has been modified by adding Flash banners and so on. Very nice. But... if it is a GC script it is: NOT Licensed. And you know what that means from my past posts.
OK, I've checked out the site and am pretty sure it is a pirated GoldCoders script or a close copy of it. So I don't trust it. Further, if their stats are true, they've taken in 35K and have paid out almost half of that, that's 17K$ so they are at 50%. But even then, that kind of money is piddling. There really is not much hope to get your money out if you play in this one. And they've been around almost 30 days and taken in only $1K per day or so. Again, piddling and hence very high risk.
Hey, nothing against the Admin of this (unless they've not paid the GC license fee... which seems to be the case), it's that this one is not garnering enough interest for you to risk your money in.

- I've found a very interesting post on the new OS from Microsoft: VISTA. So if you're thinking of upgrading to that on your "old" machine? Don't!
"Most Vista problems are due to lack of enough RAM, capable video cards, or inadequate drivers. I'm not putting it on any customer's computers that don't have at least 2GB RAM and a newer video card. I'm finding it works best on new hardware that has complete Vista driver support vs. upgrading an older XP machine. It is the best upgrade MS has ever done, but it still is not as good as a clean install. Printer drivers have been my biggest problem so far. I've had no problem with hangs or crashes with a clean install and good drivers on any machine I've tested.
I was able to get Hot Conference to run fine on Vista by right clicking on the shortcut in the start menu, going to properties, compatibility tab, and selecting "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2". After that it ran fine with no problems. Hope that works for everyone else running Vista out there! Let me know if it doesn't...
I loathe and despise Yahoo and AOL IMs. Yahoo in particular takes up a whopping 23MB of memory all the time and often runs up the CPU usage to 100% for 20 minutes or more at times for no reason whatsoever, even on a new clean XP load. Go figure. I switched over to Trillian (a multiprotocol IM) to combine all my IM accounts into one easy program. It works fine on Vista and it's also the only mulitprotocol program I've been able to get to work with direct connect, file transfer, video conferencing and other nice features. I'm using the free version and it does enough for me.

Today is the 23rd! Do you know which movie came out today, starring Jim Carrey in a serious role? “The Number 23”! Why do I mention this? Long time readers of my BLOG know. And I just found out that he was born in Newmarket Ontario! Not too far from where I live. Ok, back to business.
Every single day has been a good day. The spends have been consistent from day to day. I feel that this is only the beginning. It's all working word-of-mouth, or is it word-of-net?
If you do notice that during my snoring hours that withdrawals are not as instant as usual it is usually because either e-gold timed out, or someone had made a withdrawal request that is over the daily limit I've put on it, just so that it gets flagged and I need to approve it manually. So when that happens the withdrawal queue just stops and withdraw requests accumulate until I wake up and get to them. That also happens some times during the day. So... everything is A OK. Good thing I don't have a day job!
Look for new banners to magically appear in your 9planetnosurf backoffices (Banners button) some time tonight.
There should now be fewer accidental deposits into the Long Term Plan. It finally occurred to me to move that one to the bottom so that it is not the default plan. So now the default plan is the $10 to $100 12% daily plan. That should do the trick, right?

This one looks like a GoldCoders Script, and if it is, it's not licensed. But am not sure it is a GC script. Very similar though. If it is a custom script then they would have corrected what they say. For instance am fairly sure that on Plan 1 it is 120% ROI or 20% profit (but daily?), but it now says 120% daily profit! That can't be.
It's really all confusing and am sure they don't know what they are talking about. Because at the top of the middle plans they say 120% - 135% after 2 days (Instantly withdraw) yet the plans say from 120% Daily Profit to 135% Daily profit! Not after two days! And Profit rather than ROI! Ludicrous!
So folks? Am getting the feeling here that it is indeed a GoldCoders Script, unlicensed, and the person or persons running this one don't know the terminology, what's going on, and will simply just collect what they can and run with it. What else can one conclude from all that mess? And they just launched today!

- Someone just sent me a note saying that they found this site: e-gold-invest.com in this BLOG and that they went there, deposited some small amount, and the scammers from that site took nearly $3K out of his account. How? I don’t know, likely via a phishing e-gold pay panel, but they also would have had to figure out the guy’s email password so in the end it was his fault if he was using an easy to guess password (they would need his email password to intercept the PIN challenge). Plus if you go to the site and look at the stats you will see that they have paid out more than they took in, which is a red flag as the stats are bogus. Further they are using a pirated GoldCoders Script (so it’s unlicensed). STAY AWAY from this one.

what a load of crap! It's already being talked about on all the big forums? Hardly! Don't listen to such nonsense. They've just started, but they ARE using a licensed script! I guess the scammers out there are catching on and figuring that a $95 investment in the REAL script may get them off of my radar screen. Not quite.
So what are the plans here? From 8% to 8.6% PROFIT per day. (That's what it says, does not say ROI).
I just do not believe what they are saying on the home page.

Looks interesting, but not enough interest to make it a success! So I would not play in that if I were you.
8% daily for 17 days. The grammar is perfect! Very professional. They even have a custom script and dedicated server (or so they say). But they have been operational for 19 days now and paid out only just over a grand! So that likely means, since they are over the 17 days, they had very little influx!
So, again, although it seems to be a nice site, it is not getting enough interest for you to risk your money in.

- Here is an interesting update frm Dustin of DSM or DesertSkyMarketing:
“First, I want to thank each member for making DSM such a huge success!
As you know, I keep a very close eye on DSM, our funds, and how the program is functioning. I've completed an audit of "VIP Advertiser" accounts. I did discover a good handful of VIP Advertisers that were, what I consider to be, taking advantage of DSM's referral bonus program.
Some "VIP Advertisers" had $1.00 in upgrades and one or more big accounts under their top account. Just raking in the referral commissions. A lot of other "VIP Advertisers" read my email from Monday and upgraded their accounts to the minimum of $10. Most of these "VIP Advertisers" don't even surf their accounts. They just rake in referral commissions...
This does pose an interesting situation that I'm looking at from the admin's perspective for the overall success of every member and the longevity of the program. Referral commissions/bonuses cost DSM approximately 4% of our daily income. Multiply this over 30 days and you have a huge expense.
As I monitor our fund accounts (reserve fund - not touched, overflow fund - money left over from the previous day, profit booster - funds from outside sources and store purchases). I see that our overflow fund is beginning to show signs of being stressed from the referral commissions/bonuses. (It is still in really great shape, but it is starting to be strained....)
So, as a pro-active adjustment, I am going to implement the following immediately:
- Advertiser's referral bonuses will go from 2% to 1%
- VIP Advertiser's referral bonuses will go from 4% to 2%
- Admin's daily percentage will go from 2% to 1%
The above adjustments will save DSM 4% per day in expenses. This will relieve the strain on our overflow fund and allow us to continue to pay 10% daily rebates for much, much longer. Think of it this way, if we average $165,000 in ad pack purchases, this adjustment will save us $6600 per day in expenses, or $198,000 per month.
Couple this savings with the growth of our outside income sources and DSM is positioning itself to pay 10% daily rebates for a good long time.
I believe the only members who may be upset about lowering the referral commissions/bonuses will be the members that have minimum upgrades and tons of referrals. I'm really not worried about those members too much since they are not supporting the program much anyway. I'd rather continue paying the majority of the DSM members 10% daily then a minority thousands in referral commissions/bonuses.
Also, please note that I, as the admin, am taking a 1% decrease as well. Since our daily ad pack purchases have increased, this is a reasonable adjustment for me as well.
As a warning to members who are trying to abuse the program to glean nothing but referral commissions: I have modified my script to easily detect this type of activity. If you have minimum upgrades and huge referral commissions and are not even surfing, beware. Your referrals will be moved the DesertSky Marketing account so those referral commissions will benefit all the members of DSM (added to the daily profit booster).
DesertSky Marketing is established to help a multitude of advertisers, not just a few people who are good a getting referrals.
I will not give monitoring sites or other program admins special treatment. I myself, have reasonable upgrade amounts in the programs I recommend to my members. I support the programs I receive referral commissions from and expect the same courtesy.

Unlicensed GoldCoders script. They're trying to do a fraction of what am doing with 9planetnosurf. Running 13 days now and taken in just over 2K. This one will not make it. Plus the Admin could not afford the $95 license fee for a proper script. That's a no-no.
- 9Planetnosurf Login Issues: I’ve just solved an issue where the client was being bounced back to the home page/login page after logging in. I suggested that he check his firewall as it could be preventing access. He came bakc saying that that did the trick! I’ve asked him for more details (which firewall he was using, and which setting did he have to change). Stay tuned. Now.... client says that he changed the IE 7 security to Medium for the Internet, then it worked, and today it is not working (21st).... I suggest he try a proxy server. Or... perhaps he is color bling? The turing sequence is in fact in orange.
By the way, the programme is growing quite nicely day by day. It has outpaced pretty well every other programme of this type (and HYIPs in general) in just 4 to 6 days. We are now on our sixth day and everything is going smoothly.

- 9Planetnosurf news: Despite some e-gold glitches yesterday (where spends could not be made for quite a few hours) spends continue to climb at a steady pace. I have not had to do any advertising whatsoever. There are many folks out there that are doing that for us and they are doing a great job. Many notables are coming into the programme with their lists, their downlines, and their influence. Am very pleased at the way this programme (9Planetnosurf) is growing.
There are also at least six benefactor threads for 9Planetnosurf.com on the MMG forum. What are these? These were created by individuals who will kick back a portion of their referral earnings if you join them. That’s a very good sign.

This is yet one more HYIP programme that uses the GoldCoders Script. Unfortunately here is what I get when I check their License: adsinvestworld.com - NOT Licensed. So this is a no go. I cannot trust Admin that will shirk paying the measely sum of $95 or $145 USD for a great script.
As well, the plans are out of the Orbit of planet Earth. Well, not quite, but not reasonable. 120% Profit after three days. That's 220% ROI! (But they probably did not know how to change the template to read ROI instead of Profit) Not even a ponzi cannot sustain that. Best stick with 9Planetnosurf.com. And no, am not biased! I know the Admin at 9Planetnosurf (haha!).

“John and I just Finished The Interview.
1. Do you feel you are risking your readership, while running this venture? Due to you even admit that it will end.
Am not sure what you mean by my feeling that am risking my readership. You mean risking my readership’s money? Or risking losing my readership? So am not sure how to answer that one. If I felt that I was risking their money I would not do it. If I felt I was risking my reputation, I would not do it. And as you can tell I hemmed and hawed for quite a long time before launching one of my own. And I decided it would not be a surf site. Those are … becoming extinct.
Do I even admit… is that what you mean? Of course it will end! Who are you? The higher plans will eventually end, and it will most likely be due to momentum slowing down and less folks coming in and bringing in new blood. Did 12DailyPro end? Would they ever have ended if not for Stormpay? Of course they would have, eventually. Recall that these are not investment plans and folks are fickle. They get into a good thing at the start and somewhere along the line doubt sets in, flags are raised, and the river starts drying up.
But… the long term plan will go on and on as I have located a good ForEx trader (with the help of a friend) and my hope is that my long term plan will be entirely sustained by ForEx trading. So that particular plan will keep growing. Hence 9Planetnosurf will not shut down for quite a while. But what if the ForEx guy gets hit by a bus? Well there you go.
2. You have close to 2 years experience of rating and reviewing programs you have seen
literally hundreds, if not thousands, come and go. With paying upwards to 14% on referral commissions, and the rapid growth rate, if you were not the Owner what would be your assessment of how long his program would last, and risk assessment?
If I were not the owner, first I’d have to know WHO the owner would be. If the owner was found out to be very well known, honest, and so on, I’d say the programme should last quite a long time. But… upwards of 14% ref comms? That would last for a while and stimulate recruiting activity, but that owner would have to bring that down eventually. And the growth rapid would have to be not TOO rapid, either that or long term growth has to be steady/sustained.
But if the owner were an unknown? I’d say it would be a high risk and I would not even recommend it because the lifeblood of such a programme requires trust, to bring in a lot of folks. And these days yelling about how great your programme is and how great it will be and so on, just will not cut it.
3. What is your current Exit Strategy, when will you know it is time to call it quits? Do you have the criteria in place for this?
No am flying by the seat of my pants! Just kidding. When I see the river drying up, unlike other Admin, I will blow the whistle, stop spends in the higher ROI plans (close the for further spends), let that money get paid out and accept no more new spends there. As to the long term plan? Since it will be supported (soon) by ForEx there is no reason to close it down and no reason to stop new signups. New signups would only be able to play in the Long Term Plan. And… if all goes well, I may even open up new plans with more realistic ROIs, but slightly higher than the Long Term Plan. So unlike most HYIPs and Surfs… this one will most likely go on and on. Can you hear that song? This Titanic will not go entirely under. That’s the plan.
4. What is going to be your salary percentages from the venture?
Why do you ask? Let’s just say that it will be reasonable. I would guess that your concern would be that I would be taking too much. Well, it is far smaller than most Admin take.
5. Did you setup your 3 different programs with 3 different E-Gold Accounts? i.e. if one program is about ready to fail you can shut it down instead of the whole venture, or taking from another part of your venture to pay out on the one failing.
I have multiple accounts set up. One of them is strictly for the Long Term Plan and that will not be interfered with by any failing plans. I continue to analyze how much money is coming into the middle plans and how much into the two higher plans. Right now the pool for these is not segragated, but I do have the stats for each, so that if I see that the middle plans need to be on their own then I will make it so. In this way they are protected from the Big Boys and their Big Bucks. The latter should be self-sufficient as a crowd. And if enough of them participate then those plans will be viable.
And yes, as stated before, my intention is the shut down failing plans, not the entire programme.
6. Are you going to use the support system only or will you engage in forums for support?
I am already engaged, on an hourly basis even, in the MMG thread for 9planetnosurf.
I also answer many, many, e-mails both support and admin related.
7. When your program closes, do you feel that there will be anyone that is upset at you at
the way you ran your program?
There are always those types of folks. Those are usually gamblers who cannot resist betting the farm, so that is expected. But for the most part I have a good reputation and many of the participants understand the risks involved in these types of ventures. In any case, you must amend that, as the programme itself is not likely to close due to the Long Term Plan being completely supported by outside resources.
8. With naming your Program nosurf, is that a wake up call to the current Surfs that they
are not fooling anyone, that no one actually sees the ads, or it is fractional at best?
Well, I did not mean it as a wake up call when I coined that term in early January (perhaps even in mid to late December of last year). The reason I did that was because I did myself see that surf sites and autosurf sites were a sham, in the sense that, really, folks were not watching those ads! And it was and is just an excuse to make the game look legal. Now mind you, a few Admins did give it a go and trying to make that industry legitimate by trying to recruit REAL advertising (Dustin of DSM, Israel and his partner of the Command series of programmes are notable) and I commend them. But… I knew it would be a failed effort as the surf industry has the wrong target Market. The real target market for surfs and autsurfs are gamblers, game players, risk takers, folks that want their money “doubled” in a short period of time, not shoppers! So I finally had to put it out there honestly and that’s why you see me telling you the real truth about surfs on the home page of 9planetnosurf.com
ManicSurf had me going for a while, as they actually did force you to read the ads because you had to rate them. Well, eventually even I got tired of that. I would glance at the same old ad and remember the last rating I gave it! So that defeats that!
9. Would you say, in essence, your program is a “Ponzi Game”?
The Long Term Plan part of the programme is not a ponzi game (soon… again, a Trader has been found and probably within a week or two we will be trading; so for now it is a ponzi). The other plans clearly depend on new money coming in, so yes, they are a game. But I stress that folks already know this. And you have to be careful how you say this and where you print this. Some idiot could actually take my statements and get this programme shut down. Which would be very bad news. May as well shut every programme out there right now. Because except for a few, 99.9% of them are ponzi games.
Finally I stress that I have nothing against ponzi games as long as the Admin does not hide the fact by lying. By saying they are trading in ForEx, realestate, stocks, and whatever when it is quite clear that they are a ponzi. If the Admin does not deny it, and if they are also honest and known, I myself would (and have on many occasions) get into a programme like that early on, get my initial spend out, get some profit and not bet the farm. But most folks ignore that kind of advice in preference to their avarice. Ooops, sorry, desires.
10. Newbies coming into the arena, do you have any words of wisdom to them about your program, or any program for that matter, besides the, “Don’t invest what you can’t afford to loose.”, words of wisdom?
Newbies should read my BLOG and your site as well, first. Before they spend one cent. They should also realize that most of the HYIPs, surfs, autosurfs are simply games and they all depend on new money coming in. I would also tell them to avoid all those programmes that offer ridiculous ROIs, either on an hourly basis or on a daily bassis, and that means anything over 10% Profit per month is suspect. But if they do find one that is reasonable and the Admin seems to be known (how? Surf the forums, read all you can, before you put your money down, see what others say about that Admin) then get in early.
The other thing I would tell them is that in order to make good money at these games they actually have to come in with over a grand or two! And use it wisely. They cannot expect to come into this arena with ten bucks, or even a hundred, and expect to make some kind of meaningful income! At best consider it as play money. There are far too many folks that are losing in these games. Either they come in with nothing meaningful, or they come in too late in a programme, or they fail to get their initial spend out but have put it all back in…. There are many reasons. And so I would say that newbies should not be spending anything until they have familiarized themselves with some good sites that report on all this, such as 9PlanetReviews.com, Ponziscams.com (I’ve looked at it today and am impressed, good job!), and the various other Blog sites (I list many of them on mine) that are out there. Then, once they have read a lot of the material that is there, make an informed choice! What else can you do? Juts don’t follow those who yell the loudest about their particular programme.
11. Will you consider opening another program after this one ends?
Again, I plan to keep this one going, even if with just the Long Term Plan. What I will consider is opening new plans. These folks seem to like that. Even if a game ends and the Admin comes back, and folks are fairly sure that the Admin did not cheat them… they will play again. So… why launch a whole new programme with a different name when I can launch new plans? So that’s the plan.”
Now I know that there are many of you out there that can only afford to spend ten or twenty in these games, and that’s fine. I am even trying to help you at 9planetnosurf and here in this BLOG. All am trying to indicate to you is that if you are one of these folks then you should lower your expectations. You will not suddenly, or even in the next few months, start making a full time income, not even a part time income. So it’s fine to play with $10 to $100, and judging by how much has already been spent in that plan over at 9planetnosurf, there are quite a lot of you, just don’t have too high of an expectation relative to how much money you’re going to make not only in my programme, but in the others as well. So I don’t mean to offend anyone, and I hope you all understand. I really do root for the little guy (I have even lowered the min. w/d request to three bucks, so that many of you can get some money out).

Well I have never been as busy as in the last 3 days.... as in the last 10 years or more! And I love it! Blondie is loving it as well (not MacDonalds! but the work here.)
As you can see from the stats on the home page we are doing quite well. In fact, more than 50% of the members are active! That's better than most programmes of this type. So am well pleased as should you be and thank you for all your hard work. Am sure you are being duly rewarded! And on time! Or is it JIT or Just In Time?
Earlier this morning e-gold had a few problems (well, as I've determined it was not e-gold but one or more gateways/routers leading to their data center) and folks were not able to deposit. Withdrawals also went into a holding formation until I could get to them when e-gold was again accessible (by 3PM EST).
I have posted several notes on the 9planetnosurf thread at MMG concerning instant withdrawals and security. Am glad to see that the person who raised the concern is now well-satisfied.
Finally, thank you all! Thank you for having trust in me. And thank you fellow Bloggers for helping to spread the word and making this nosurf a success! By the way, there is some concern out there from a few members about my going into ForEx (using the Long Term Plan funds for that). Well, let me reassure you that am not willy-nilly going to jump into that. Am quite aware of the dangers of trading in ForEx with their typical 100:1 leverage, which can go either way. I will take as long as I need to verify the Trader or Traders before putting down any money. I may even decide not to venture into that market at all. Just know that I will not make any rash decisions. I know how dangerous it can be. Don't fret. Just know, again, that I have your interests in mind and will not risk your money foolishly.
In any case, despite e-gold being down for a few hours, spends have resumed nicely and the programme continues to function smoothly.

- 9PlanetNoSurf has been doing unbelievably well! Open just two days and the results are astounding! I have no need for a coffee! Everything is going very smoothly, including ref comm payouts and interest payouts. The MMG thread on this one is very active and the news keeps spreading far and wide. Some well known players have joined in, including many Bloggers and list owners.
Here is an explanation of how the plans, interest, and withdrawals work that I recently posted in the MMG forum:
“There are two types of earnings: earnings from commissions and earnings from interest on your spend.
Your spend is locked in for the duration of the plan. When the spend expires, it takes three to five days for me to pay you. You need not request a w/d, just like you needed not request a w/d in any of the surf programmes, for expired upgrades. They simply went into pending status until Admin paid them out.
Addendum: the above is only true of the plans that give you actual Profit, not ROI, and where the principal is returned to you after the expiry period. So that applies to the Long Term Plan only. The other plans give you ROI, meaning that with each interest payment to your internal account (daily) you are receiving part of the principal or init spend. So by the expiry (12 days) there is no expired spend to return to you. Instead what happens is that each day you get 12%, say, of your 100, and that goes to your internal account and it will become available for withdraw 3 days later (that's what I've set it to). Then the next day's interest of 12% of that 100, again goes to your internal balance, but is held for the next three days before you can w/d it. You see? This continues until the entire 12 days are done, and the last interest deposit of 12% on that init 100 will be held for a final 3 days.
So.... you can request a withdrawal as soon as enough of the interest deposits go out of being held and accumulate past $10 as that is the minimum w/d amount. And that' show that works. The difference between that and say 12by12daily, is that in the latter you actually had to wait 12+5 or more days to withdraw ANYTHING. In this case, you can withdraw within 3 days, if it's over the $10 min. You see? It's nice! Confusing at first, but after you understand it you will see that you have the freedom to start getting your spends back just after 3 days. Hmmmm... should I increase that to 5 days????
In addition, in my set up your ref commissions are deposited into your internal account and you may request a w/d at any time (on those). I will look at it, deliberate, and then pay you.
So if you click on the Withdraw button, you will see how much is available to you and how much is being held.”
And here is one more elucidation:
“Your principal spend (in the Long Term Plan) gets returned to you after 180 days and will take up to 5 days to pay out, maybe 8 as it takes that long to get it out of a ForEx account.
Your interest is paid daily to your account balance and you can w/d it after a 3 day holding period (and don't hold me to this! As I may wish to increase this.) Pun intended...
Once you have over $10 in interest that is not in a holding state (you can see that on the withdraw panel) you can request a w/d, which will be paid to you within 3 to 5 calendar days.
Ref comms go into your account balance and there is no holding period. They will get paid out, again, within 3 to 5 calendar days. Or sooner. Right now am doing them manually, so some get paid within minutes, some within hours, if am in the shower then within minutes, if am out stuffing my face then within an hour or two, if am snoring then within about 7 hours+coffee time. Or, as I trust the security of the system more and more... w/d's of under $300 may get processed instantly (and this figure can change so don't hold me to it; I will adjust it based on trust and past history)! We shall see. Not to worry, from yet another e-gold account that holds a very small balance, just in case.

- Unfortunately I told one or two folks that they need not worry about ref. comms. if they have not deposited anything. Well I was wrong. The script is actually set to NOT pay those who have not deposited anything in to the system. Of course I can change that... but is it fair? This is a ridiculous one I found a day or two ago. They're supposedly into ForEx, promising you even a whopping 14% profit in just one week! That's a 56% profit in one month! As I've told you before, the best traders out there may be able to produce a consistent profit of about 10% per month, some may be able to produce double that, but not almost five times the average.
As well they promise instant e-gold withdrawals, 24/7! That's just insane. Pure ponzi, how else can they do that? It takes up to 8 days to get money out of e-gold and into a real ForEx trading account! And 7 days a week? There are really only 5 trading days in the Forex market!
Finally, keep staring at the picture that changes every few seconds. What's the prostitute doing there? In the Trader's office? Wow. OK, maybe she’s merely taking her clothes off. That’s all. No harm in that, right?
I cannot trust this one. Can you?

- There’s another e-gold related scare going around. Based on one incident the scare-mongers are telling us that e-gold is shutting down any and all accounts related to HYIPs, games, and so on. Is that so? Then why are the games and hyips and surfs continuing to run without any problems? Folks? Just ignore it. I even suspect that the scare may be related to 1mdc, or someone on their side, because 1mdc does not use e-gold. By the way, if you go to the e-gold site and read up on who should use e-gold, one of the entries is: Internet gaming. Of course that is not defined any further.
Finally, if I were sure that e-gold was going to be taken down any time soon, I would not be using e-gold for the launch of 9planetnosurf this coming Thursday.
The other interesting thing about all this is that the scare-mail came from 1mdc owner Jean-Paul May, and 1mdc does not hold their own gold bullion, instead they are backed by ... guess who.... e-gold! So their e-currency is in fact spread over a number of private e-gold accounts! So if e-gold were to be raided and shut down... 1mdc would go down as well! So why is he sending out that can of an e-mail? If I were him I’d keep my lips zipped!

- 9PlanetNoSurf: One reader expressed some concern that the hit and runners will deplete the Long Term Plan funds and would I consider running two sites, one for Long Term and the other for the high ROI plans. Well, I have a better idea: am going to keep a separate account for the Long Term Plan and separate account(s) for the high ROI plans. That way if the high ROI plans run out of steam I can close those and keep the Long Term Plan running. Why is this a better way to do it? Because the Long Term Plan will be fed by the two higher plans as those folks who wish to spend in the higher two plans must first spend a minimum of $100 in the Long Term Plan, thus helping it along. Nice?
I also may have found a ForEx option that produces not just enough profit to cover the Long Term 0.5% per trading day Plan but I may even be able to raise that daily profit to 0.75% or more. Stay tuned!

Although quite well disguised via a nice template, this one is a hacked/pirated GoldCoders Script. Not Licensed.
The plans remind me of the old SYNCinvest plans, complete with a VIP option. Plans range from 1.5% daily to 2.75% daily profit rate. Principal is returned at the end of the holding period (from 1 month to 6 months).
As to their address? It's also the address of visitlondon.com, the official visitor organization for London. FirstPlus Investment Ltd. could not be found.
They also list an impressive top five investors, ranging from $85,000 to $150,000 per investor. For such a brand new programme where did they find those kinds of investors? Feels like a setup.
There is no data on this one at Alexa.com so they must have just launched.
Don't confuse this one with FirstPlus Investment Corp, listed on the SEC. I think this is a clever choice of name, don't you?
Frankly, or jsly, I don't quite trust this one. I'll do some further research if someone insists on it, but for now am staying away from this one.

Although the plans here are more reasonable, 5% daily, whether ROI or profit, for 365 days, is WAY too much! So the Admin is not only using a pirated script, likely with backdoors that even the Admin may not know about, despite any assurances, but his or her plans are just too rich for this planet. (The second plan states a profit of 200% after one month, that’s 300% ROI, as even the calculator indicates Profit.) If it is 200% ROI then perhaps it is reasonable, but why would you trust a hacked/pirated script with your money?
- I just got paid by DesertSkyMarketing! Wow! In less than 24 hours (as am on the VIP plan). Nice! This one continues to be very strong! And I do have an inside sources on this. His script? I guess then he hacked the GoldCoders script? Maybe his real name is Dirk Paehl? No matter. And am not sure why he has that thank you there as I could not find the script on that particular site.
In any case, what concerns us here is that the GC script at royvest.com is..... NOT licensed!
The site has been open 100 days now and taken in just over $109K. That money could be in jeopardy as hacked GC scripts usually have back doors that the hacker can use to compromise the accounts.
All of the plans lock in your principal for one year, and pay either daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
He does not show how much has been paid out so it is almost impossible to determine how well the programming is doing, nor when it will close. For clients' sakes it should run at least one year and return the prinicpal, but will it? Typically these types of programmes close just before a lot of accounts are due to be paid their principal.
I would be a lot more comfortable if I knew how much they've paid out already, as well as if the Admin used a licenced copy of the GoldCoders HYIP script.
- 9PlanetNOsurf: I’ve changed the Long Term Plan to 0.5% per day profit, prinicipal returned in 6 months. That can surely be sustained by ForEx trading.
- FusionATS: Folks, am not very certain of this one right now. Yes, you can upgrade your membership right now, but it will cost you $1000 (that’s your deposit, with a $99 Founder’s fee). No withdrawals or deposits added to that one grand for five years! Am not too comfortable with that.
They use a professional trading service which I looked over and it looks legit. Am not sure that I myself am ready to plunk down that kind of money. The other concern I have is that FusionATS accepts paypal and may be in violation of the end user licence agreement there, as they definitely do have a downline structure. I have not made up my mind as yet, so this is just a heads up on that. Besides, I have a few other sources for ForEx trading in the works.

I will be pretty short. Troybank (www.troybank.com) has been running for long time now and pays just fine. They survived DDOS attacks and several days downtime.
Right now, many people are unexperienced enough to believe they are real, especially if you add the story with their online existence since 1996.
The big warning sign now is that Troybank is offering "Troybank Shares" which will supposingly return 100% each month.
Most probably they feel that this is the best time for them to collect some bigger spends and run away. I will be surprised if they pay even the first time for these shares. Of course it depends a lot on how many shares will be bought. If people buy slowly, they may feed shares payments for a month or two.
If people buy shares fast, they will close the shop before the first shares payments.
Be careful, the days of Troybank are going to end soon. Do not play them anymore.
Do not invest there and DO NOT buy from their "secured shares".
- Day Job Killer: I’ve read a couple of reviews on this one. It’s all about some key techniques that one can use in the Adsense/Adwords arena to actually make some good money. Folks? This is an outright scam. Their one and only plan gives you 600% after 24 hours! I don't care if that's ROI or Profit, but clearly it is impossible. Especially as they claim quite vociferously that they are FoRex traders!
Well, ForEx traitors is what I say. You have read some of my diatribe around that. The best that can be done in ForEx, on a consistent basis, is about 10% profit in... one month! 24 hours? 600%? I call that a scam! Scam! Scam!

In any case, what an absurd programme! I wonder how many folks actually fell for it.
- In line with the above programme, here is what am going to do, just for fun. I am going to register a domain called LoseYourEgoldHereRightNow.com at godaddy.com. Am pretty sure that it’s not taken even without checking. Then I will set up a page like theirs (goldwilling) but I will actually tell folks that am going to give them 600% ROI in 3 days, but that I will suddenly develop technical difficulties before am able to pay them out, and to stay tuned and so on. I will also, right on the front page, in small print, tell them that they will lose their money, but that there is a slim chance that I will pay out some random number of members. I will also tell them that there is no script, that they can simply deposit their e-gold via the following link (and I will provide them with one to an actual e-gold account link). I will also ask them to invite their friends, family, and neighbors to lose their money here too.
Do you think it will work? Should I try it?
Now look, am not putting anyone down who is new to all this. I just wish to see how many folks actually read the print on the home page and actually think about it. I bet you that I will get some deposits, which I will..... ummmm... heh, return to the suckers! Right? Of course! Or maybe I should send it to a Charity of some sort? Now that’s an idea.

I have a suggestion: any time that you come across an HYIP type programme that looks like it may be using a GoldCoders script, use the tool below (or on the Research Tools page) to check the license, then send me a note if it is not licensed (and remember to put the link in the body of the e-mail to me) and also think about avoiding that particular programme. You see, honest Admin pay their license fees. They do not shirk that, after all, the basic script is only $97 USD! And the Pro Script (with very little difference: masspay) is only about $145 USD. So why would honest Admin scrimp on that small sum? Unless they are planning to scam you. Because scammers have a scamming mindset. So they will even scam the script Developer! You see? That’s how you should think about this, if you are at all concerned about where you spend you precious e-gold!

Likely a scam as no honest Admin would acquire this script without paying the one time license fee on it!

- I have updated the plans that I wrote about yesterday, so please re-read yesterday’s post on that. It seems I had a gaping hole for spends between $101 and $500. So that’s detailed below.
- 9PlanetNOsurf: Am not sure as to whether to show statistics or not. Am in favor of not showing them because some folks will tend to misunderstand what they imply and come to incorrect conclusions. It is usually not in the interest of the programme’s longevity to show statistics to the public. So am leaning in that direction (of not showing statistics). Of course I am open to your input on this.
- Further to my brief warning about sapidhyip.biz, I decided to see if they have a proper licence for the GoldCoders script that they are using. Guess what? It’s not a licensed copy! Hence it’s a hacked version and these usually have backdoors. Look: (this is from the GoldCoders.com site):

I was hoping that this one would turn out to be very promising. Well, they have turned out to be too promising. Read this:

75% profit per month? When some of the best traders out there will make you close to 10% profit per month on a consistent basis? And these folks make you 75% profit? Well, you know what they say, "If it's too good to be true....". And they developed this winning strategy after two short years? Using what? Supercomputers? Neural Nets? Quantum processors?
Am sorry, but I just can't buy it.
Ok, let's take them at their word. Now read the second paragraph and note the huge discrepancy:
"We are now confident that our system is a great success and decided to create our own investment program. We call this program a "co-op" because it is a win-win situation. We will invest your money into the forex market and gain profits using our proven trading system. We will pay a 1.7% daily interest rate (hey, do you remember that Johnson site where the Admin offered to ‘wash your money’ at 1.7% per day? - js ed) on each share you hold with us ($10 per share). Each share will last 365 days, a full year. So over the time of one year, you will have earned 621% of your original investment (principle not returned). That's a profit of 521% in just a year!"
They will pay you a 521% profit (principal not returned) in just one year! So that's what? 521/12=43% profit per month! So if they DO make a 75% profit per month, they are keeping a whopping 32% profit for themselves! But of course this can't be true, and they are giving you 33% more profit per month than some of the best traders out there. It stands to reason, therefore, that if they do have such a successful model for trading in ForEx, that by now they would have sold the model to a big Firm and walked away with several million! So why start an HYIP in ForEx, on the 'net, instead??? Makes no sense! So it's likely nonsense. And that’s my personal opinion.
I wish this one were real! Then I would be investing all of YOUR money from 9planetnosurf, getting a whopping profit, paying you a nice profit and keeping the rest. Too bad that won't happen.
Without doing too much further DD, I did decide to look at the source code for the home page and found that they are using a Russian service for the ForEx meter you see on the home page. Here is part of the code:

Plus the plans are simply ludicrous! 3 to 4% hourly. Even if that was ROI, way too darn high! That's up to 48% profit per day! (or is it ROI?), well, if they have "return principal" turned off then it is ROI.
So? Avoid. Even in the short term you likely don't stand a chance of getting your money out.

Ok, let me be honest. 17% for 8 days... that sounds like a formula that Trish used with GAP or Global Ads Pro, and even with her popularity that did NOT work out. So why do these folks think that they can make it work, when the Admin is unknown? Hmmmm? That is way too short a time period! They would have to be VERY known and popular to bring in enough to make that work!
Hence I'd recommend you not partake in this one... mainly because of lack of popularity and ... is there more? I don't need to dig any further to make this conclusion. Do you?

- I’ve decided to tentatively go with the following plans for 9planetNosurf.com:
- there is a long term plan that gives you between .5% to 1% daily ROI for (not yet decided) number of days. $100 to $6000. Perhaps a full year plan? Or a 6 month plan?
- there are three 12% to 11% per day ROI plans with a max of 5 days payout. The first one is from $10 to $100. This one will be the one most folks can afford and folks spending in this plan are not required to spend in the long term plan.
- the third plan does not require members to partake in the long term plan. $101 to $500 at 10% ROI daily.
- the fourth plan is for those with spends of over $500 and under $1000 with an 11% daily ROI. These folks are forced to play in the long term plan with at least one spend! In that way those with more money than most, are forced to move the long term plan along.

We have been analyzing our terms recently and have decided that for the betterment of our site, we will be changing payout terms to expiry. The first members signed up and upgraded on the 21st, which means that they will be able to cashout tomorrow, and then will automatically be cashed out on the 3rd. After tomorrow, all cashouts requests will go to pending on expiry.
We were going to make the change now, but since we had already announced that the cashout button will be open tomorrow, we didn't think it would be right to go back on our word.

- I’ve made an arrangement to be hosted on a dedicated server with lots of security, UNIX-based, dual pentium processors and so on (for 9planetnosurf.com). I won’t dwell on the various features. Just know that it is pretty darn secure.
- I saw a strange note from PSX or about PSX... no checks have arrived. No reports of being paid. And I signed in today and can no longer purchase any plans. It’s now all funny money. Or Canadian Tire money or Monopoly Money. Dang.
- I myself have had a thought and it is backed up by another reader (Ivan of myfundsraiser.com). I am indeed impressed with the Admin at ManicAds, and the question that leaped into my cranium via my pineal gland was: this guy is either rich, or he now has access to his e-gold account, or both. Or... a strange thought... maybe he’s always had access to his e-gold account and is cleverly preparing us for something much bigger? Well, I wish he would post something about how he’s managing to repay members so quickly with no funds available to him from e-gold? He did mention his bank account. So based on that shred of evidence I would have to speculate that he’s somewhat .... well endowed? Ok, let’s not go there. In any case, just wondering out loud. If anyone gets any info, please send me a note.
Apparently he’s posted in a forum announcing a new ManicAds, but that makes no sense given his last e-mail to all of us! So am starting to suspect a plot in progress.
OK, here is Mike’s post (the Admin)
“My partner has been visiting the forum frequently and has expressed great interest in running a manicads clone. IF and I stress IF I allow this to happen there would be no e-gold as an option. Also he has expressed that he would only run it with the following addons. I will explain them in one minute. If you are unhappy with the addons that he is presenting let me know, because I'm not even going to bother programming it or helping to re-launch if there is no interest. Here is what I was presented with.
A 50/50 rule similar to the one I suggested months ago. Members would not have to put in 50% new money. They would only be able to cashout 50% of what their current adbuy value is at. An example would be if you have a $100 adbuy running you can only cashout for $50.00 at a time. Which really isn't a 50/50 rule at all if you look at it, if you have a $100 adbuy running you can withdraw $50 once that is paid withdraw another $50 and so on. I personally don't think that it really does anything, but these are his terms. Also if all your adbuys run out, then you are NOT subject to the 50/50 and can pull out all of your money. This way your money is not being held hostage at all.
Payment processor, the only processors accepted will be tri-star and 1mdc. If one of the processors freezes the account or is the cause of the site not being able to pay then all purchases made by the processor are null and void. Since 1mdc has little to no fees there will be zero deposit fees. The same with tri-star. No deposit fees.
Compounding will be eliminated altogether. You may have 3 active upgrades in each plan, the 1% daily you may have up to 10.
profit share will be eliminated and replaced by a 7% for 17 days. $1000 max. Each month each plans max will raise by 25%. Example $1000 max will go up to $1250 max etc.. $500 max will go up to $625 max the next month etc... All except for the 1% plan which will remain at a $5000 max. This will allow for growth in each plan. 2 plans will be eliminated I think it was the 30 day and 60day, but I'll have to get back to you.
Mr. Bell has 2 people already for support and me as a programmer. We will be using my tri-star account and his 1mdc account. This will sort of allow for a checks and balances. I will not be doing payouts or support. I will being doing what I love to do - programming. I will be receiving 10% of the admin profit so it is in my best interest to make sure I continue writing great scripts for the site.
Please let me know how you feel about this. If there are many interested people I will start the process, if not then I will sell the entire site (without members) as I have already had amazing offers for the site.
Also I am not guaranteeing I will let Mr. Bell take over, I have many offers on my plate at this time so any other autosurf owners (that have been around for a while) that want to make an offer or offer a deal where I can still program and you run the site then let me know.
Members please read Mr. Bells' addons/features above and let me know what you think. Again, do not get excited thinking I am reopening the site as everything I said above is not set in stone and may never happen anyway. Well, Mike, if ALL of your info was real on that e-gold account you would have been able to recover that account. Dave Cannard was able to, repeatedly, why could you not?

It's as almost, as if, you are this energy of Happiness, a Sun! but the clouds obscure your vision and you no longer feel or see Happiness! Until a moment like winning the lottery, then you relax... as if you were a ... contraction! And you simply let that Contraction ease up! Then you FEEL your HAPPINESS! Which is always, already, THERE!
So... it's like this: Say you have a pain in your leg (or ass), so you try all kinds of things, Aspirin, but then the pain comes back, then you try acupuncture, but then the pain comes back, then you try herbals, Reiki, and all kinds of stuff.. But then the pain comes back! Then comes along a Teacher, a Guru, a Master, who can see what it is that YOU are DOING to YOUR self! And he or she points out that, hey? Do you notice that you are pinching yourself in the ass? And all of a sudden you realize, that, indeed, you are and have been! And so what do you do? YOU STOP PINCHING YOURSELF! And was that any effort? No! Any meditation, any Yoga? NO! You simply NOTICED that YOU were doing it to yourself and you just let go!

Their plans don't make much sense! The first plan shows a daily profit of 105%. Which is ludicrous. They must mean 105% ROI. 5% profit!
The second one is from $5 to $1500, 7% daily profit, that's 154% profit...oh oh, don't they mean ROI? Or 54% profit?
These folks don't know what they are doing! They are likely using a Goldcoders script and don't even understand the difference between ROI (Return on Investment) and Profit!
So for instance, 9% daily for 15 days is indeed 144% and that's ROI, meaning that your principal is returned to you along with a 44% profit. But they say that's a 9% profit per day! Which would mean... 9x15=144% profit! Not 44% profit, but 144% profit. Which is clearly wrong!
So that's why I say these folks just bought the script from GoldCOders (or maybe even bought a hacked script) and don't know what the heck they are doing!

Nationwide Media Blackout Keeps U.S. Public Ignorant About This Important Story

The death toll from the highly toxic weapons component known as depleted uranium (DU) has reached 11,000 soldiers and the growing scandal may be the reason behind Anthony Principi’s departure as secretary of the Veterans Affairs Department.
This view was expressed by Arthur Bernklau, executive director of Veterans for Constitutional Law in New York, writing in Preventive Psychiatry E-Newsletter.
“The real reason for Mr. Principi’s departure was really never given,” Bernklau said. “However, a special report published by eminent scientist Leuren Moret naming depleted uranium as the definitive cause of ‘Gulf War Syndrome’ has fed a growing scandal about the continued use of uranium munitions by the U.S. military.”
The “malady [from DU] that thousands of our military have suffered and died from has finally been identified as the cause of this sickness, eliminating the guessing. . . . The terrible truth is now being revealed,” Bernklau said.
Of the 580,400 soldiers who served in Gulf War I, 11,000 are now dead, he said. By the year 2000, there were 325,000 on permanent medical disability. More than a decade later, more than half (56 percent) who served in Gulf War I have permanent medical problems. The disability rate for veterans of the world wars of the last century was 5 percent, rising to 10 percent in Vietnam.
“The VA secretary was aware of this fact as far back as 2000,” Bernklau said. “He and the Bush administration have been hiding these facts, but now, thanks to Moret’s report, it is far too big to hide or to cover up.”
Terry Johnson, public affairs specialist at the VA, recently reported that veterans of both Persian Gulf wars now on disability total 518,739, Bernklau said.
“The long-term effect of DU is a virtual death sentence,” Bernklau said. “Marion Fulk, a nuclear chemist, who retired from the Lawrence Livermore Nuclear Weapons Lab, and was also involved in the Manhattan Project, interprets the new and rapid malignancies in the soldiers [from the second war] as ‘spectacular’—and a matter of concern.’ ”
While this important story appeared in a Washington newspaper and the wire services, it did not receive national exposure—a compelling sign that the American public is being kept in the dark about the terrible effects of this toxic weapon. There responsability is to gather the commitments needed. Once the number of policies needed is fulfilled the program closes.
At that time each member who has committed to these policies will have to supply these insurance companies information to create these policies.

That is what the members are paid for. When we recieve a payment for the policy we are paid less than what the policy would be worth if it were to go the full length to maturity.
Bingo the investment group has instant collateral that is not only worth Billions but is also backed by certain insurance companies.
According to people I have talked to these types of programs have been around awhile but mostly over in Europe.
Guys you and I are not privy to these kinds of transactions that take place daily in the upper echilons ( I hope I spelled that right [js: nope]) of the financial world. They do take place and remember the internet has made this world of ours A WORLD BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

Hence when I review a programme, as best I can, due to the available information (whether voluntered or not), I must inform my readers of how I feel about a certain opp. And I have. I don’t go looking for opps to punish or shut down, unless I know for certain that they are scammers (and I have had a few of those as some readers can attest to). So... just wanted you folks that read this BLOG to know that. And I think by now you know me well enough to know that am not the vengeful type. Nor do I go after programmes without some intelligence.

I am pretty impressed! These folks actually, sometimes, force you to actually evaluate the site you are looking at before you can proceed in your surfing! Sure, folks will cheat it, but I as a reviewer am compelled to at least look over the site before I give it a score! So it's working at least with some of us!
I hope they do something useful with all that data that they will collect over time! On all those programmes! But... who knows for sure how good the data is!
In any case, this looks like a real good surf site! And I support it. I trust the folks that started this one. Join if you will.

- I like the below review from JPS. Why? Because I myself have been inundated with this pipeline deal, but having heard from two experts now I feel that none of us (my readers) should go into this.
And here is why as explained by Jean-Philippe Schoeffel:

they are scaled for large companies.
I don't know the guys launching this program. What I know is that,
those who are able to make money with coregistration do not
need this program anyway :-). And, to make it simple, those
who don't know what it is, MUST simply stay away, as
you might take big risks (above the $2000 of this program).
What a funny (virutal) world?! It says a lot on the skills
and competencies of these so-called gurus who have no idea
of what they're talking about.

- I am right now doing research on the4xtraders.com. No one has yet sent me a link (of my readers). I’ll tell you ahead of time, their two plans pay double what can conceivably be earned in the ForEx Market and I base this not on personal experience but from I have gathered over the last couple of years on this. 4XClub was a legitimate concern using ForEx Brokers and Traders and the best they did was 10% per month. Usually around 8%. So that’s my mini review. In case you get an e-mail from the owner (unsolicited) about this one. - Reprint: Below is a letter that I received from Leo of the DrunkOnLife BLOG. He's launching three sites that will help folks to advertise their opps. Join here.

Here is the information concerning my new opportunity for you to consider. I am launching three sites almost simultaneously and will try to explain how and why this will be beneficial to both surfers and site owners.
The first site, which will start pre-launch next week (I am going on a dedicated server this Monday) is MyRandomDownline.com. The site is basically a referral co-op. Members can go in and throw down 5 referral links (which they can change anytime) and this goes into the database. Every time a page is refreshed, a random referral link is attached to the banners shown. Members join sites through the database, other members reciprocate and people make money from the random referrals. Incidentally, the database is not limited to just High Yield Programs and surfs but members can also choose a range of affiliate products (such as clickbank), advertise their blog or service (if they have a banner), or promote a network marketing site. The back office of this site will show how many times their banner ad with their referral link was shown as well as how many times it was clicked. Because they can change their referral links as often as they want, they can effectively find the best strategy to pick up random referrals. On a side note, the banner ads can two different sizes- 468x60 (standard banner) and 125x125 (for a side banner)
I have had a lot of people ask me where the value would be if everyone is promoting the same site. Well, there is no value and there would be no value if they bought an ad for the same site on a forum or elsewhere. Most members will realize this and choose some of the lesser known surf sites out there to maximize their profit potential. Some will give clickbank a go and others will simply want to promote their website/blog. There will be strategy behind how you choose your referral links.
The second site will be a monitor site. This will be a public site in which only subscribed members can vote. By regulating votes to subscribed members, I have eliminated the possibility of multiple votes by people who use proxy servers. This will make it most likely the most honest system out there for monitoring HYIP’s and surf sites. All banners in the monitor will have random referrals taken from the myrandomdownline database. Because the monitor will rely on its subscribed members rather than a surf site for advertising, there is a chance that the “little guy” will get a chance to rise in the ranks. There is no need to buy into a “premium section” in order to get listed.
The third site and perhaps the biggest is going to be a public forum. This forum will look a lot like talk gold (with ads on the top and the sides) HOWEVER, all the ads listed throughout the site will be random referral ads once again taken from the MRD database. In other words, subscribed members get more bang for their buck since they have the possibility of getting random referrals from other subscribers (myrandomdownline), the monitor site, and the forum. To ensure success, I am going to be doing posting contests (relevant posts that is- not “I got paid posts). The opening month, the top poster in the forum will get $100. The top 4 after that will get $50. And finally, the top 10 after that will get a free month subscription into Myrandomdownline.com. I expect this will promote a decent surge in growth.
Just to get a perspective on how good this is, imagine if the forum gets 20,000 unique people a day who look at 4 pages on average a day. That is 80,000 page views a day, all with random banner ads giving the subscribed member 80,000 chances to have their random referral link viewed. More importantly to you as a site owner, that is 80,000 chances to have YOUR site’s banner ad on the page. That is a lot of value for very little money.
Myrandomdownline will cost $6 a month to be a subscribed member. What the member gets is five spots for referral links which will be placed in the randomizer. They can change this hourly if they want. The choices are pretty much unlimited (surf sites, high yield programs, affiliate marketing and network marketing, their blog or website, ect). The randomizer will randomly place banners throughout our network of sites and this will change each time the page is refreshed. As you probably realize, one referral could easily cover the cost of the monthly subscription.
In addition to this, I am offering a referral program and this is primarily why I have contacted you, the site owner. For each member that pays for a subscription using your referral link, I will pay you $1. I know that that doesn’t sound like a lot but it is well over a 10% commission to you and this will be a monthly residual for the life of the paid subscriber. In other words, if you refer 500 members who subscribe to our service, you will get $500 the first month and if they continue to subscribe, you will get paid again and again. Best of all, the affiliate commissions won’t be ponzi based but will be reliant on our member subscriber base. Plus, the cheap advertising (6$ a month) should guarantee you more members as your banner ads will be placed across the network. Think about it. It is a win/win situation for everyone- you, the site owner and the surfer.
Also, I have contacted a couple “heavy hitter” network marketing friends concerning this opportunity. One of my friends gets 100’s of direct referrals in each network marketing company she promotes. In biz-buzz for instance, she had over 20,000 direct referrals. As you know, surf membership has been waning now for months. I think by getting the network marketing community involved and educated about other opportunities such as surf sites, this will be the shot in the arm that the surf community needs.
I am fully committed to this. I will be running these sites on a dedicated server. I will begin doing conference calls starting next Saturday to explain to the general public why they will want to be a part of this and how this will reshape how they get referral commissions. I have earmarked a ton of money to guarantee success. My personal “list” from my blog has over 4,000 subscribed members. This will be successful.

- By the way, my review of Legisi.com should not affect a legitimate programme, only a scam, because as scam depends on new money coming in, whereas one that is involved in ForEx, as they claim, should continue to earn income and not depend on new money coming in (for the most part). I am doing some further research on this one.

- Legisi.com: I’ve received some further info about this one, which I need to investigate. The writer basically says that it’s a legit program, that the Admin intends to extend the program to 10 or more years by lowering the monthly ROI to 6%. Well, don’t dismiss it yet. I received another e-mail from a person that I know who has been reading my BLOG for ages now and who is in Legisi.com. It still does not explain though, how they can pick up the PIN challenge. Unless they steal the session? Oh well. The basic warning is: DO NOT USE IE (Internet Explorer). Switch to FireFox (http://mozilla.org). If you continue to cook with cheese you stand to lose your e-gold! So DO NOT USE IE! Maybe I should make this a larger font? DO NOT USE IE!

- Bob Krimm’s 15hitsdaily and treosurf: I’ve reviewed these twice now and basically there is way too much controversy surrounding Bob, his sites, and his pay processor to make me comfortable about recommending his sites. So I don’t.
- MySpace: don’t get aboard this craze. First off, it’s not your space, but THEIR space. And they can start charging you money. They also can delete your account if they find you are contacting folks about your programmes. And it’s horrific, just read the TOS closely. Finally, they are showing evocative advertisements of young ladies and your children could be seeing this. I’ve summarized this from a list am on from Eric of Adsense Secrets.
- I have found or been apprised of another good, possible, programme... but am waiting on the send to send me her referral link! Ugh! Am going to give you folks another warning, unless you send me your actual referral URL, I will not wait to sign up nor review that site! At your own risk!
