Am impressed! I’ve put in only $50 and $10 for the VIP option and in just one day have already made almost half of that! With only three other VIP Members! The rest are Free Members for some reason. In any case, here is some guidance from Dustin:
“I've been receiving many emails from members who state their cashout fee is incorrect. If you've upgraded to a VIP membership you need to make sure you completed the following steps. Really, EVERYONE should complete the following steps to ensure your cashout fees are figured correctly.
- Login to your account
- Look at the line: "Your cashout type:" There is a link that says "Selected type". Click this link and make sure you select the cashout type.
If you do not select a cashout type the system will charge you a cashout fee, even though you are a vip member.
The reason you need to do this is because the script is coded for me to have the option of setting different cashout types (faster payments, different fees for different cashout amounts, etc.). At this time we only have one cashout type for each membership level. However, you STILL need to select your cashout type! :-)
So, if you are trying to request a cashout and you see you are being charged a fee that is incorrect, go double-check your cashout type.

I do recommend this one. Am starting to use it myself. Sure the nice lady will attract your attention. But... I need your attention right now... because the audio uses a unique method of brain entrainment that does not require the use of earphones. Better than the Monroe Hemi-sync method. And it’s not expensive! It has been shown that a few months of listening to this type of CD is equivalent to 10 years of meditation! (Via brain scan.)
What about your children? What about ADD and ADHD? The first of the CDs you will receive will help with all kinds of problems associated with attention span, learning problems, memory retention, and more. Get rid of the Ritalin! That’s NOT the way to go.
What about your attention span? And comprehension? Memory retention? Do you think if all of these can be improved you’d have a better chance out there? What about your IQ? Here is my response as I thought you should know my reasoning for not going with that:

So am inclined not to do this. Besides, most folks involved in surfs and hyips are PASSIVE and dread being ACTIVE.”

Jan. 12th (Friday)
- DesertSkyMarketing is open for business. This one is run by an honest admin: Dustin, who is well-known in the surf industry. To sign up click on the Reviews button up top, right, then Ctrl-F on DesertSky. This is one surf I do support. The other is CommandSurf, also located on the Reviews page (and a week or so ago I did get a payout!).
- Today I received a phone call while watching Batman Returns (great movie, by the way, the most realistic of all the Batman movies). A pre-recorded message asked me to press 1 if I was interested in lowering my credit card interest to 6.9%. Sure, I was. So pressed one and a live person picked up right away. He told me that in order to qualify I had to have over 4K debt balance and that my accounts are in good standing (no lates, never exceeding the limit and so on). I asked which credit cards and he said Visa and Mastercard. So I mentioned yes, I qualified. He immediately asked me for my name and address, which I gave to him but did not spell my name. Then I became very suspicious as I realized I did not know who he was. So I asked for his name, which he gave, and for the Company name, which he provided. Then again he asked me for one of my credit card account numbers. And I balked. I basically said that I did not know him nor his Company and that he was not calling from my Bank. He was a bit flustered and remarked, almost angrily, that his Company had branches in several places in Ontario. But still, how would I know just from a phone call. So then I said that I was quite concerned about Identity Theft and he got angrier... so.... I simply hung up!
Now thinking about it am quite sure it was a boiler room operation geared at Identity Theft. First of all, the qualifications I had to meet. I had to have over 4K in debt, that would mean, to him, that my credit limit must be quite a bit higher than that, so he was not dealing with someone with a 2K credit limit, but with someone who has a much higher credit limit. And I’ve never been late in payments nor have I ever gone over the credit limit. So I was a perfect prospect for Identity Theft and Credit Card Fraud. It’s a good thing that I hung up on the guy. As well, he was getting angry, and that’s a big red flag. If someone was calling me from the Bank that deals with my credit card and started to get angry with me? Heck, they would likely get fired! As most calls of this nature are even recorded!
So.... take my advice... never give your info to anyone over the phone! If your Bank is calling you, they have your credit card number! No need for you to divulge it.

Here is the information concerning my new opportunity for you to consider. I am launching three sites almost simultaneously and will try to explain how and why this will be beneficial to both surfers and site owners.
The first site, which will start pre-launch next week (I am going on a dedicated server this Monday) is MyRandomDownline.com. The site is basically a referral co-op. Members can go in and throw down 5 referral links (which they can change anytime) and this goes into the database. Every time a page is refreshed, a random referral link is attached to the banners shown. Members join sites through the database, other members reciprocate and people make money from the random referrals. Incidentally, the database is not limited to just High Yield Programs and surfs but members can also choose a range of affiliate products (such as clickbank), advertise their blog or service (if they have a banner), or promote a network marketing site. The back office of this site will show how many times their banner ad with their referral link was shown as well as how many times it was clicked. Because they can change their referral links as often as they want, they can effectively find the best strategy to pick up random referrals. On a side note, the banner ads can two different sizes- 468x60 (standard banner) and 125x125 (for a side banner)
I have had a lot of people ask me where the value would be if everyone is promoting the same site. Well, there is no value and there would be no value if they bought an ad for the same site on a forum or elsewhere. Most members will realize this and choose some of the lesser known surf sites out there to maximize their profit potential. Some will give clickbank a go and others will simply want to promote their website/blog. There will be strategy behind how you choose your referral links.
The second site will be a monitor site. This will be a public site in which only subscribed members can vote. By regulating votes to subscribed members, I have eliminated the possibility of multiple votes by people who use proxy servers. This will make it most likely the most honest system out there for monitoring HYIP’s and surf sites. All banners in the monitor will have random referrals taken from the myrandomdownline database. Because the monitor will rely on its subscribed members rather than a surf site for advertising, there is a chance that the “little guy” will get a chance to rise in the ranks. There is no need to buy into a “premium section” in order to get listed.
The third site and perhaps the biggest is going to be a public forum. This forum will look a lot like talk gold (with ads on the top and the sides) HOWEVER, all the ads listed throughout the site will be random referral ads once again taken from the MRD database. In other words, subscribed members get more bang for their buck since they have the possibility of getting random referrals from other subscribers (myrandomdownline), the monitor site, and the forum. To ensure success, I am going to be doing posting contests (relevant posts that is- not “I got paid posts). The opening month, the top poster in the forum will get $100. The top 4 after that will get $50. And finally, the top 10 after that will get a free month subscription into Myrandomdownline.com. I expect this will promote a decent surge in growth.
Just to get a perspective on how good this is, imagine if the forum gets 20,000 unique people a day who look at 4 pages on average a day. That is 80,000 page views a day, all with random banner ads giving the subscribed member 80,000 chances to have their random referral link viewed. More importantly to you as a site owner, that is 80,000 chances to have YOUR site’s banner ad on the page. That is a lot of value for very little money.
Myrandomdownline will cost $6 a month to be a subscribed member. What the member gets is five spots for referral links which will be placed in the randomizer. They can change this hourly if they want. The choices are pretty much unlimited (surf sites, high yield programs, affiliate marketing and network marketing, their blog or website, ect). The randomizer will randomly place banners throughout our network of sites and this will change each time the page is refreshed. As you probably realize, one referral could easily cover the cost of the monthly subscription.
In addition to this, I am offering a referral program and this is primarily why I have contacted you, the site owner. For each member that pays for a subscription using your referral link, I will pay you $1. I know that that doesn’t sound like a lot but it is well over a 10% commission to you and this will be a monthly residual for the life of the paid subscriber. In other words, if you refer 500 members who subscribe to our service, you will get $500 the first month and if they continue to subscribe, you will get paid again and again. Best of all, the affiliate commissions won’t be ponzi based but will be reliant on our member subscriber base. Plus, the cheap advertising (6$ a month) should guarantee you more members as your banner ads will be placed across the network. Think about it. It is a win/win situation for everyone- you, the site owner and the surfer.
Also, I have contacted a couple “heavy hitter” network marketing friends concerning this opportunity. One of my friends gets 100’s of direct referrals in each network marketing company she promotes. In biz-buzz for instance, she had over 20,000 direct referrals. As you know, surf membership has been waning now for months. I think by getting the network marketing community involved and educated about other opportunities such as surf sites, this will be the shot in the arm that the surf community needs.
I am fully committed to this. I will be running these sites on a dedicated server. I will begin doing conference calls starting next Saturday to explain to the general public why they will want to be a part of this and how this will reshape how they get referral commissions. I have earmarked a ton of money to guarantee success. My personal “list” from my blog has over 4,000 subscribed members. This will be successful.

- You should now be seeing advertising for a monthly adsense templates subscription. I for one do not recommend it. Why. Shucks, it takes from 3 to 6 months to get noticed on the darn current templates that we may have, never mind monthly introductions of new templates! Seems to me these folks selling these things are the ones making the money! Else they would make money from their own templates! This is yet another instance of the “sell them the shovels and whatever else they need to search for gold”. It’s pretty sad. There is very little or no gold out there, actually. So meditation is just duplicating the death process! Sure you see all kinds of lights and visions and hear cosmic sounds! But these are mostly the byproducts of your own nervous system! They are not some Cosmic Visions of the Lady! They are experiences of your own nervous system and brain core! All the flotsam of past patterning and mind control! Oops. Have I said too much?! I would not be in the position am in. And you as well. So before you despair about your position? Just think on this: You are where you are because... you want it to be that way! Yes you do! So don’t yell at me! Even in your thoughts. You see, what you know about yourself and your desires and so on, is only 10% of that Iceberg! The other 90% is below the water, that 90% of your mind that is filled with desires and patterns you have picked up is not known to you consciously and is running your life according to a script! An ego script mostly. So... settle down and think on it. Feel into it. Then begin to observe your own activity. Do NOT get into guilt feelings and so on. Simply observe your actions, your mistakes, etc.... Just MAKE A NOTE of it. That’s all you need to do to start! And it will be a good start. Until later..... js

- Wow. There is so much to say today that I...... can’t put it into words!
- I reproduce here for you a wonderful post and rant by SurfBloodHound (link up above). Why? So I can reveal myself fully! Here we go:
“I had an E-mail from an irate man tonight by the name of Leon, claiming to be a programmer for Terry Curtis. I’m not sure if he is or not, and not really judging him on that fact. He claims I didn’t do enough research on Quest to surf.com. Then went on to say that Quest 2 surf is owned by someone named Gerry, I don’t know Gerry, so I am not condemning him. Also stated that I had lost his business. Well….. OK, Surf Bloodhound is not a business, I pay for this site every month. I don’t make referrals, and I don’t charge a membership. This is a blog not a damn dime store.
Now, Leon, If you are the programmer for Quest 2 Surf, you should have been a little more responsible and not let something like that be online, It was found by doing a search……hmmmmm That was stupid! So that responsibility should lie in the hands of the programmer.
Now, onto Due Diligence.
Due diligence could be a little more easy if administrators could put factual information on their "whois" information, but instead, they can actually hide their identity and whereabouts. And again, they can hide behind iron curtains. Why? I don’t know, If they are so damn honest it would all be right there. Now this leaves due diligence into more complicated terms. We have to cross reference, check IP’s, and do whatever we can to figure out the origination of a site and come up with a generalized Idea of who this person may be. So, Leon, a lot tracked back to some of the same servers Mr. Krimm uses. Hmmmm, Yes I did study this site. And you know that as well to be able to link the two even more closely together.
Due diligence should not be the responsibility of the members, due diligence should be public knowledge from the Administrator in bold letters on the front frigging page of the person that has our money, including address, phone number, and the owners True name. When I see so many administrators blocking their information, I then have to rely on whatever I can find to link them to the resource. So if admins don’t want to see my OPINIONS, they need to be a little more factual and honest with their members.

They and many of my readers over the years, know that I have integrity, am honest, I tell it like it is, I try to find the scams (finding them is easy, convincing readers is another matter), I run an honest, informative, and I hope somewhat humorous BLOG, and now am ready to run a noSurf of my own. - I see 10DollarsWonder as one of the only HYIPs/Surfs that is working out right now and gaining huge interest! I have 52 positions there! I think it is probably one of a few programmes that is still going great over the Holidays! This one appears to be unique in that at the end of the month they split the Company matrix into two and switch the bottom half with the top half (how they do that is a mystery as a matrix looks like a pyramid so there may be far more folks in the bottom half... or it may look like a diamond, in which it would be simple). In any case, they claim that by doing this, even if you come in "later" in the game, you get a chance to get spillover because next month you will be near the top of the pyramid/matrix.
The cost? $39.95 monthly (plus a $15 setup fee for the first month). The product? They host your unique videos and graphic files. Yawn. That's just an excuse the be "legal".
In any case, there is a personal matrix (3x7), a Company forced matrix, a $25 fast start bonus, and a matching bonus. You can go right to their site and click on the Revenue Plan link up top where there is more information.
I don't feel very upbeat about it as most matrix programmes do not work out for most of us. And I don't know if their revolving matrix trick actually works. Maybe some of you who have been in this one a few months can send me a note about how it is working for you?
Their Traffic Reach (Alexa) climbed in Nov and Dec and then plummeted in mid to late Dec. It's almost non-existent in January of this year. That shows..... folks have very little interest, at least in visiting the site.
The site is registered and run out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Well, I can see why their product is basically online storage as the folks that run revolvingwealth also run an Online Storage company (personalized storage, backup, autoresponder and greeting cards).
Am not too excited, but you may be, who knows?

- Dreary day. I’ve removed some of my posts about AceInvest as I don’t wish to spread any bad news which may be incorrect. Apparently the $1000 Euro membership fee is for setting up an offshore account. Well, I don’t quite believe that as I know from other sources that it in fact may cost up to $25K to set up an offshore account. So... I’ll leave it at that.
- OK, the saga of the Reverse Pension Plans continues with this installment....
Apparently, the rich guy who buys this contract on you for the $200K payout (as an example), has quite a complex arrangement with the Bank/Insurer. The rich guys do this because they can make a lot of money off of this contract. Of course you benefit as well, with a nice $100K, for example.
Those contracts also mature when you're at age 66. Now that is a problem in my own case, as am scheduled to die of liver cancer at 62. Please don't tell the insurer about this!
I also hope that the rich guy who is buying all these policies is not too old himself or her self! Because they can only cash in when YOU are 66. Or... I guess if they have relatives, sons, daughters, dogs, and so on, who can benefit from this in the future. Hmmmmm... interesting investment, wouldn't you say? For your kids? (kids = cattle offspring, I think...) This is really funny! Check the dictionary for kids, online, and you will see: offspring, child and so on and no mention that it really applies to cattle! So I guess we are cattle! Oh oh, off topic!
Now, in the news is pww4you.com. The Insurance Company that is backing this one is a multi-Billion dollar Company. Am not going to reveal to you which Company this is. Why? Well let's move on to other business. <grin>

Ok folks, am going to attempt to explain to you and to myself how these Pension Plan programmes work (some call them Reverse Pension Plans).
Where did I get this information? From several folks who do not wish to be named, as they already have perfectly good names.
So who is involved? Banks and Insurance companies and some rich folks. These rich folks like to diversify their investments and apparently buying an insurance policy on you is a good way. So they buy a policy that is worth say $200K upon maturity (whatever that means...) and they pay only $100K up front.
The folks organizing this transaction get the $100K and out of that pay you say $75K and have $25K left to pay referral commissions and the rest is pure profit.
So... upon maturity the rich guy collects $200,000 on his or her $100K outlay. The interesting question for me is... when does the contract mature? When am 65? What if I croak? (croak=die in Sanskrit). Do they collect on croaking? I guess that's the chance they have to take. Of course if I croak I won't collect my $75K. What if I come back (reincarnate) and remember my former address? Sounds like the plan! Better make myself a note.
Apparently there is more going on here than meets the eye, so to speak, but what that is I don't know. Do you?
As well, we are being told that these programmes do in fact exist and do pay out. Well, that's all I have for you on this.
So if you missed the last two or three RPP's then try this one out. They should reach their cutoff level some time this year. So if you're not planning on being hit by a bus, maybe you should look at spending the fifty bucks.

Looks like many admin are taking this route due to lack of interest or lack of money, or both, on the part of surfers everywhere.
So it looks like sometime near the middle or end of January 9PlanetNOSurf is poised to fill the void!
Here is the announcement from Andy, XLO Surf Admin:
"I have taken the decision to put XLO into holiday mode for the remainder of the month of January 2007.
This decision is not taken lightly - but is a neccessary one to ensure the long term viability of XLO and also TFT.
As you would probably be aware - the closure of TFT has been a major issue and I am working to find solutions for that.

- I disagree about some analyses out there re XLO and the rest. Basically, folks, let’s face it... 2006 hit hard and folks are licking their wounds! So folks are NOT re-spending in XLO, traffic7x (why I told him to pause it), and why even DesertSky has moved the re-launch back by a week (sure, Russian guys are taking an extended vacation by the Vologodska.. ok). Everyone is going to wait it out this month and get more funds going for the next best HYIP or Surf or.......NO SURF! HA! Folks? Prepare for my no surf! Don’t spend your money in losing programmes. OK, this is yet another Pension Pay contract programme. They say they will need 150,000 contracts, which is quite a few more than at I.C.C. (this one has already reached their limit) and at GPP.
But... I have some insider info to the effect that there is a Russian and a German group getting involved and so the 150,000 contract target may be reached within the next three or so months (consider that you can get as many contracts as you wish).
As well, you are not limited to just one fifty dollar contract. And I can see that this is the case from the stats inside the back office. I believe the limit is ten contracts per person. (I’ll be happy with just one....)

Well, I've considered that same question over the last few months.
Basically, why should I run a surf programme when I can run an HYIP that offers the same returns, in the same amount of time and you don't have to surf?!

So this is the end of the year and what have we seen….
Well I've seen the rise and fall of numerous mom and pop surf sites. I've seen tons of so called "administrators" with no solid "administration" skills at all. They don't have money management skills, investment education, or stable investment vehicles in order to sustain their sites. Most of them have not had decent programmers and thus have promised a lot in terms of upcoming features that never came to fruition.
I hear people say that "bloggers" are just ordinary people giving their opinions. Most people though fail to see admins as just ordinary people, but they are. There is nothing special about the majority of them. They can claim anything they want.
Words mean nothing in this business, only results. Always remember that people.
Admins tell you they have 20 years experience in online businesses and so forth and yet how many still have sucessful paying Surf Sites running at the end of 2006? Just a few… and some are probably holding on by a thread…trust me. Truth is most of these admin haven't proven to be capable to handle the great tasks of running a top notch surf site long term. Alot of these admin come from amonst the surfers themselves. (Which by the way so do us bloggers)
They learn how to be an admin on your dollar bill. Always remember that people...
So do they deserve the crap we give them? Yes and probably more. Anybody can buy a script and test it out with a couple of good buddies to get the main bugs out and then launch the site and they are guaranteed at least 100 members signing up with very little promotion.
In 2007 the industry will have a bigger and better voice. The standards must be raised and stuck to. Consistency means long term surf sites and long term income for their members. Questions need to be asked, scammers need to be revealed, good sites that are trying to improve this industry need to be promoted. To me anyone who does all this is not just a "blogger".
This industry is evolving and so are the people who are helping to regulate it. I personally don't fall into any mold of thought. No ones tells me what to do. I have my own agenda. If that agenda has not been clear thus far, it will be made clearer as time passes, trust me.
My vision for this site was not just to state the news of the industry and give an opinion. Turth is that the new is normally bad.. that's the problem. More focus needs to be on solutions on how the industry can improve and be progressively better, not just merely reporting what's out there. That is my aim.
The industry needs a voice for it's members and it has one in me. Everyone needs to step up their game and help this industry grow and regain the trust lost. I've personally seen positive results from educating new and veteran surfers and I appreciate all of the feedback I've received ….

That was a nice post. Why? Because am about to announce that I am going to run a NOT Surf of my own! NOT surf you say?

As I explained above, it makes no sense to run a surf or autosurf given that 99.9% or more of them are ponzis, so why force folks to surf? - Traffic7X: Well it seems that spends have slowed down to a crawl. Yes, I knew that it was growing slowly, but I did not know HOW slowly. Let me just say that they are not the only ones to experience the slow down during Christmas. So did CommandSurf and as you know DesertskyMarketing shut down completely and are re-opening on Jan 5th. Many others have simply folded, especially after the 12by12daily shut down (and 13dailyPro).
I have advised the Admin of Traffic7X not to close down but to put the surf on pause until about mid-January. Am sure interest will resurge and he can keep that one going.
I am hoping that that is what he will do. He is considering a number of options right now. I just wanted to give you a heads-up (just learned of it today myself).

All of the above boils down to one idea, and that is that with concentration, the focus of desire, emotion, intent (will), and involving all of the senses can indeed result in the manifestation of what you wish on this material plane (even by creating new signatures on the living soul).
The difficult part is to figure out what you really want. You see, when we speak of "you" we usually mean the conscious person that is your daily self (that you are aware of). Ok, this one is going to turn into a scam. Why? Consider this:
- free account, they load it up with $50 (a carrot, an enticement, a bribe: you can't cash that out for years)
- for now they won't let you add any of your own money, you just watch them trade (or pretend to trade)
- you can get multiple $50 deposits by bringing in your friends, family, neighbors, other suckers, and so on. Isn't that nice of them? Knights in shining armor! Or are they!
So here is what I see happening in the future:
Once they have spent enough time having you watch their chart(s), and having been convinced that they know how to trade money, even if their own (Canadian Tire) money, and even if they are lying (you have no way of checking their trades), they will suddenly open up their doors to YOUR money! And your friends' money! And your family's money. And your neighbors' money!
Having taken in hundreds of thousands of dollars, even millions (like SolidInvestment.com did), they will then run. And you will look very.... foolish, sheepish. You will be shocked, so will all your friends that you will have brought in. Then the guilt will hit you.
That's what I see. It's a no-brainer. How else do you think it will turn out? Consider that you're playing in a pit of snakes! Scammers!
By the way, take the referral link from your sponsor, copy their e-mail address from the referral link, then paste it into the sign in box and click on the Log In button and you will be surprised. Of course for now you can't deposit, so not much damage, if at all, can be done. Oh am sure security measures will come when they open their doors to YOUR money.

- Below is an update from Dustin of DesertSkyMarketing, due to re-open on January 5th, 2007. Well.... sounds good so far. Am not sure how many members will elect to go VIP though.... we shall see. If this were anyone else but Dustin and some other trusted Admin running it... I'd be more skeptical. So far the revenue-sharing pools/programmes have not worked out well. I have been asked by a few members and others as to how I can reach and maintain [daily] ROI's that range from 15% to 30% on a continual bases, so I will touch on that here.

Ok first, quick background on myself, I have been involved in business, sales and marketing, land development and construction, mortgage financing and now private online investing for the past 26 years. With this experience, I have knowledge and access to businesses that I can either invest in or purchase products wholesale right from the manufacturer and resell.
As to the maintaining a high ROI, I work with buyers within the manufacturing and wholesale trade to purchase products that I know will return to me a much higher rate of return per item.
I will give you an example on how this can be done, but also keep in mind that I can not tell all my trade secrets...lol.
On a daily bases, I am in communication with wholesale buyers from around the globe that are either looking for products or looking to joint venture on a purchase of a much larger quanity with me. Now, in this line of business, small is BIG and for those out there that have owned a manufacturing or retail business, you know what I mean. Let’s look at this from a wholesale buyers point of view, and that can be from the small merchant on the street corner to Walmart, it’s still all the same.
Let’s say that I can buy from a manufacturer of DVD's, 10,000 pcs. at .50 cents each, that’s $5000 and he's happy. I then have a buyer for those same DVD's at .75 cents each and he sells them in his Dollar store for a $1.00. Well you get the idea here, 10,000 x $0.75 = $7500 less the $5000 that I paid for them is $2500 or a ROI of 50%. So there you have it, this is the way in which I work at gaining those higher ROI's and working with wholesalers to make this happen. This has worked for me for awhile now and so I am sticking with it as I know this to be a sound investment and I have knowledge in.
In the weeks ahead, I will continue to post on this topic and how we all can benefit from this. Take care.

My comment: CashX manages to produce a 25% daily ROI consistently for ten days? Why doesn't some Wall Street Firm buy him out then? I am willing to bet you that no Wall Street Firm is netting such a high ROI daily! Maybe monthly! Now listen, the ForEx market is so lucrative that even major Corporations and Banks are getting into it. How lucrative? 10% profit in one month is fantastic. What's the ROI then? 110% per month. What's that daily? 110/20 = less than 5% per day! So you see? 25% ROI per day is five times as much! So I REALLY find it hard to believe that CashX is making that kind of ROI.
OK, so Terry is not working the ForEx market, but deals in wholesale and resale, mostly (along with exchanging money). If what he's doing is so lucrative, am sure he could find lots of private investors and make a lot more money. So why is he asking us for our money? Bleeding heart?
The person that asked me to review this site also gave me Terry's phone number so I can call him. Well, you know am reticent to do that. All that will happen is that Terry will try to sell me on this deal. Understandably so. But read this:

- Trouble at The Finer Things? Yes, and no.
I have never joined this one, although have been encouraged by a few folks on various occasions to do so. Here is an update from Andy (of XLO Autosurf and The Finer Things or TFT), posted yesterday:
There is going to be a twofold change to TFT.
We have had a few problems with the earning vehicles used for TFT. My sense of why is connected to the recent actions of e-gold and a perceived dropping of confidence in them. Comments by many that e-gold was going to close has added to the general decline. While this is not my position - the way that we used to generate returns has been steadily dropping. Looking for the right alternatives is a daily process.
Steadily dropping returns has meant that some incoming were used to pay existing obligations.
The decline started early December and accelerated throughout the month. This has caused a cash flow issue .
Within the HYIP arena there are such things as private placements - they tend to be "those things you hear about but never actually eventuate." My reading and research has shown them to be real - but previous to now I have not been able to access one directly.
This has changed over the last little while.
The reality part is that I cannot say a whole lot about it but I can assure you and reassure you that I have done my homework.
This opportunity (high risk though it is) is one that I plan to capitalize on.
The downside - the placement fees are high - we are talking serious money here.
So after much discussion here is what I am going to do.
All available TFT funds are to be diverted to this opportunity. This amount still does not meet the minimum required so the following will happen.
Payouts will stop - for the course of the trade.
TFT incoming spends will go to the placement.
TFT will close on 3 January (1 week)

Now the other thing I need to mention. I reckon you have heard this spiel before - I think I have heard things along similar lines. Why should you believe me? To answer that I can only say that I am going into this trade openly and will keep people posted along the way as to progress. I am not closing the forum - nor XLO (which is it's own distinct program). I am working to provide each and every one of you the return you were after - circumstance has dictated that this will take longer than originally thought.

I don’t think that’s the case, because in my email notifications I do see referral income from my second level, so it may just be a reporting issue on the site (recall this is a prelaunch, in private, so there may be a few glitches to work out before he announces it to the public).
Am getting this straightened out with the Admin via the Support staff some time this afternoon, so don’t worry if you notice something like this. I believe the Admin is the programmer as well (he also runs Traffic7X). Am also in touch with the Support person on a daily basis. Sometimes even hourly.
News: Blondie just got off the phone with the Admin and he’s going to do some detailed checking to ensure all is working according to design. So far I believe it is because the e-mails am getting are indicating that there are indeed folks on my second level. It’s just that the matrices he’s showing in the back office are... not quite right. Now, I have a lot of confidence in the Admin as he also seems to be the programmer. So if there is anything amiss, am sure he will have it fixed. So go out and help others prosper!
More news: I was right! The official launch date is indeed Jan. 1st! But right now you can go ahead and spread the word! You have the Admin’s permission. I have not posted in any forums as yet, so go ahead and do it! I’ll leave it up to you so that YOU can get most of the benefit.

So it looks like treo-surf was launched after 15hitsdaily basically leveled off and... died? But herhaps not. Some are still putting money into that one. So it's puzzling. But then treo-surf plateaued and Bob found it necessary to change the terms so that treo-surf took on the same basic model as the late 12by12daily and removed the 50/50 rule, all in an effort to spark further interest.
Well, this does not look good to me and am not sure why ASA Monitor Admin thinks that this is a good one and will be the next industry leader, given the above news.
The above announcement was made by Bob Krimm on Dec. 7th, 2006. Since that announcement there have been very few posts, at least in the Talkgold thread on that one.
I also hear from various quarters that Tri-Star Media, the umbrella company for these two surfs, has a good source of income outside the surf industry. I don't know. Some, like the ASA, thinks so, as does at least one blogger out there who is pushing these two surfs. He basically says... read between the lines (meaning that he sees a lot of positives here, in terms of cash flow at least). But... reading the above announcment, I read between the lines and see that the writing on the wall is that treo-surf was in trouble (Bob even says membership leveled-off, or reached a plateau, that's pretty clear) and hence the need to be more competitive. So they switched models and the question is right now, are they more competitive? Has membership begun to climb again? I don't know.
I just realized that I actually did a review of treo-surf a while back and was not impressed at all. Bob Krimm was affiliated with, or ran a site called luvmat.com and said that much of his outside income came from sites like that. But the site was empty! Except for a photocopier it was selling!
Here is what I said way back when: (note, I said way back when, not TODAY!)

I did a review of 15hitsdaily a while back (Ctrl-F on it) and was not impressed! This guy never upgraded to a dedicated server and wasted all the money on some advertising that did not come through! I would avoid this one. He's not yet experienced enough!
I've pointed out before that the guy was on a non-dedicated server, with over 400 other sites, and what was he thinking? Or was he not serious?"
So this is the same guy!? By the way, LUVMAT is short for LOVE MATCH! It was first registered as a dating service! So why do folks tend to believe that he has some substantial outside income when during the early days of 15hitsdaily the purported outside income was coming from an empty site and likely other empty sites???? Am just asking.
Well, maybe Bob has actually changed and is pouring in tons of money from outside sources. I really don't know. I leave it up to you. I myself don't feel confident enough to jump in the treo-surf pool! (Although I do have a membership there, have requested my password over two hours ago, and still have not received it.)
I hesitate to publish this in my BLOG as I don't mean it as any kind of attack on Bob Krimm or others. But I have been asked to review it, so there you have it. Please DO NOT go and spread this anywhere! It's not about that. I just had to look at it again and have concluded that am not interested and don't think this will turn out to be the #1 surf programme in 2007. But I could be wrong!

- The Universe is indeed holographic (more accurately a holo-movement).
I found the following description/definition on a Light Workers’ site:

These folks do not understand the true Nature of the Universe. One does not build a hologram ouf the e-m spectrum! The e-m spectrum is in fact holographic and holotropic in nature! Already! And being holographic in nature, all apparent objects are not just interconnected, but are ONE, indivisible whole. A connection implies that (apparent) objects are separate, which is not the case. To our current perception there appear to be others and objects and things. But that is only to most of our current perceptions. To understand this those of you who are bent in the direction of Science ought to read the current research on the Hologgraphic Universe by Michael Talbot. And to those of you who are of a Spiritual inclination, in addition to reading Matrix V from trufax.org, you should read, again Michael Talbot’s book. The most recent books by David Icke are also recommended (Children of the Matrix, Infitine Love is the Olny Truth: the rest is illusion).

- Further to my comments about PSX or PointShareXtreme: if at some point Henry starts asking for our papers, meaning our documents proving who we are? I’d run like hell! - I just had a reader of mine ask me about launching their own surf site, with the intention of regaining the trust of the surf clients after the many debacles this year. Here is my reply:
You see, it is not "cut and dry" as they say. There is no winning formula. Why? Because your audience are gamblers at heart! And they will run to the next programme once they see it pays better or if there is trouble with yours. And putting in 50/50 rules or 80/20 rules, will not save the programme. It usually drives folks away from your programme.
So you have to face the hit and runners. Lower your max per day.
Plus, you don't have the benefit of being a well-known personality on the 'net. So.. what do you do? massive advertising. Get the big hitters involved. But then... ha, you again face the issue of hit and runners.
So there is no easy solution. If I had one, I'd launch my own by now. But it's too much of a headache, you know? Just look at what David Cannard went through! Do you really wish to do this? If you have no past experience, then launching your own is foolhardy, unless you intend to run with the money.

Folks? Forget this one. It's a safelist. What's a safelist? That's where folks sign up for the purpose of receiving each others ads. The problem is that, just like FFA's, these days no one looks at the ads! Folks simply create two email accounts, one for being contacted by the admin, and the other for the hundreds of emails you will receive, prospecting you!
So over the months or years that these have existed, the trend is to simply DELETE al the e-mails coming from a particular safelist (or all safelists), as you really don't want to be badgered by other marketers hoping you will sign up with them! So it turns out now that most of those e-mails simply go to the waste basket! So if you post to safelists, it is almost 99% certain that no one is viewing your ads!
So folks that are selling a safelist, like this one, should simply be ignored. As well, most signups are free... so how can you make any money by owning a safelist? Or posting to one?
Well, aside, there is a way to get folks t actually view your ads, folks that have subscribed to numerous safelists.
I can teach you that technique. And... it is working. It has got me quite a few signups with 9Planetreviews.

I read the home page. And the immediate impression is that the person who wrote that ad copy does not have English as his native tongue. It is awkward. You can easily detect they do not have the right grasp of the English tongue.
For instance: "We clearly understand that it is just a time for making firm steps in shaky investment ground."
Now I would say it like this: "We clearly understand that this is the perfect time for making firm steps in a shaky investment market." Or maybe they meant something else?
So what's the point? The point is that if they really were an organization of professionals, and having realized that their main market is the USA and other English speaking Nations, they would have hired someone who has a perfect grasp of the English language and is able to convey their ideas clearly.
This is not the case here. Hence I suspect that this is just a setup.
The other thing that troubles me is that there is a lot of investment capital available directly from private investors in the Nanotechnology field, never mind corporate funds. So why would these "professionals" go after your ten dollars? Surely these folks could make far more money without having to go to the public! Without a doubt!
So my feeling on this is that it is just a setup to collect some cash and run with it. And by the way, that quote they have on the front page? It's from a Japanese fellow. Don't conclude that he wrote the ad copy below that quote.

This one is an exact copy of 12by12daily. Unfortunately, from what I can see of the stats, most of the folks involved are simply putting in under $50. So there are no big players in this one.
Why should this matter? Well, if you wish to make 44% profit on your ten bucks, then fine. As most of the players are doing this. But what happens when someone decides to put in a couple of grand? After all, their limit is 12K! What happens is that it stalls. And all the little folk are paying this one guy!
As well, the number one autosurf in this industry is currently not doing too well. And these guys (12by12instant) are paying the same rates, so they can't well sign up your funds with 12by12daily as they can't make a profit! And they are NOT going to sign up with 6K-Finance as that scam is running with a lot of folks' money!
So how will this one succeed or be safe with your money? I can't see it. So I do not recommend joining this one.

A recent and arbitrary decision by a federal agency eliminated private domain name registrations for the .US domain name. This means current holders of .US private domain registrations will face either making their personal information public for everyone to see (including the many thousands of predators who stalk the WHOIS directory daily searching for easy prey), or giving up their .US domain name. It also means that new purchasers of .US domain name registrations will not be able to purchase private registrations.
You need to be alarmed about this - whether or not you own a .US domain name or even if you don't have a private registration. Your family's safety is simply too important to allow a bureaucrat to take away the only thing that protects all of you from Internet predators.
It's important to note that private domain name registrations only protect individuals from predators and other wackos in the general public. Law enforcement agencies have access to the information behind each private registration. So, if need be, they can get to it quickly. Private domain name registrations are intended only to protect law abiding citizens.
Here are just some of the dangers that this arbitrary decision now creates for you and your family:
Easy access to your personal information by stalkers, harassers, and worse.
If you have a family or personal Web site, predators now know exactly where you or your family resides.
If you have personal pictures posted, predators will know what your children look like and exactly where to find them.
Spammers and phishers will have easy access to your email address. You can be sure you'll hear from them.
Identity theft con-artists will know all your personal information and how to contact you to steal your credit card numbers.
Any predator who wants to manipulate you for whatever reason will know your name, address, email address, phone and fax number.
This unfortunate decision was made by The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) without a hearing or an opportunity for a response by those affected -- in fact, there was no due process of any kind. It's ironic that the NTIA has taken away our Constitutional right to privacy for the one domain name (.US) that is specifically intended for Americans. These bureaucrats stripped away the privacy that you're entitled to as an American; on the only domain name that says that you are an American.
You won't find any information about the NTIA decision by searching the Internet. You'll only find it here. Why, you ask? Because this sneaky decision was made entirely "under the radar." Other than documents that were used to intimidate Registrars into signing a new agreement to disallow private registrations, nothing was published by the NTIA. All the relevant documents are posted here - they appear no where else.
The Internet is a wild and often lawless place. Criminals (at least the smart ones) don't use private registrations; they simply lie and provide false information when obtaining the domain names they use to work their evil trickery. Law enforcement agencies know this, and as a result support private domain name registrations.
If this terrible decision is allowed to stand, it could lead to an attempt to take away privacy on other domain names and other areas that are important to you. If you care at all about being safe from Internet predators, you need to join us and take a stand -- even if you don't own a private domain registration. Your safety and your family's safety is simply too important for you to sit this one out.
Remember, private domain name registrations only protect law-abiding citizens from predators and wackos on the Internet. They don't protect criminals because law enforcement agencies have access to the registration information. Law enforcement agencies support private registrations and you should too!

- I’ve not had any updates here as yet as I’ve been working on my FireSale3 package which has about 8 different sources of income and is almost completely automated. But there is work in setting up domains, subdomains, loading the Autoresponder, setting up accounts with various affiliate outfits and so on. But... it’s worth it! The package is just amazing! I had a look at the code and what they’re doing and am .... well impressed! The package is sold out right now but you may wish to get on the list for the next one. Now this one is not for total newbies to the ‘net, at least not for all of them. A few newbies can actually follow the videos and instructions and get help in the forum and from myself.... if they wish to learn how to do all this. The tech folks among you will have no trouble.
Basically they have picked out four niches where there is very little competition and much interest. Then they optimized the keyword phrases so that your pages get high ranking amongst the various search engines. And they have included a lead capture page for each niche and give you about 8 messages (one a week) for your newsletter which gets sent via your autoresponder (and even include a free subscription to an autoresponder) so that you don’t have to lift a finger to get folks to subscribe. And they have included various e-books for you to sell (automatically) and so on. It is chock-full of features.
So that’s what I’ve been up to today, besides taking a half day off.

OK. I may sound a bit harsh here. But do remember that this is my opinion.
Read this from their front page:

So the first thing that struck my pineal gland was that
1. They are a group of females that LOST a lot of money in HYIP's and probably surfs.
2. They realized that most of the opps were scams and out to run with their money.
3. " The idea to set up this programme came about after myself (Ashley) and 2 other female associates thought it would be nice to have a programme where people could actually earn and not lose." [ha! no guff! must be nice...!]
Yes, it would be nice! So what did they do? They set up a programme like most programmes out there that take your money and most likely will run with it (I don’t mean this group will run with it... but it is modeled on others that have!)
So what's new here? What's new is that now this group of females will actually MAKE money because they are on the other side of the game! Am not saying they will run with your money, but they sure will take a nice percent of your deposits and hence not lose anymore! In other words, what they realized was that if you can't beat them, then join them! And do this by rolling your own!
I would not say what I have said if what they came up with was unique and innovating! It's not. Instead they came up with a plan that pays 14% per day for 10 days (ho hum), and a 200% return after 15 days (yawn).
So... I suggest to you: what is so great about a group of folks that have lost consistently in this arena banding together and hoping to come up with a programme where you won't lose? As opposed to a group of Managers, with lots of experience making money for others, coming together with a great programme which you can trust in to make you some money? I think the difference is pretty darn clear!
'nuff said before I get in trouble with them.
Remember: am not AFTER these folks, there is no agenda on my side, I am just telling you how I personally feel about this programme, as a reviewer, based on what this group says about themselves right on the front page! Which is NOT inspiring at all, wouldn't you agree?
Now... am certainly open to changing my review... and based on their presentation of themselves am not very convinced to put my money in there. If they don’t like that, then they should change! It is up to them, the Admin, to change our minds.... instead of us folks giving them a chance. Going on hopes and desires is usually a mistake.

I just noticed that 13dailyPro is having an e-gold shortfall. Actually, one of my readers told me about it (thanks to blondie). I looked it up and indeed, as of Dec. 4th they had a shortfall of e-gold. Why? How could that be? There are two possible reasons:
a) Membership upgrades via e-gold has gone down drastically so that they ran out of e-gold, or
b) They signed up with the #1 surf site, which could be 12by12daily, which is experiencing delays in payouts, or 6K-Fiance, which stopped paying a few days ago and seems to be poised to run with your money! Or....
c) both!
Sure this is speculation. But everyone is by now speculating. So let’s watch 13dailypro closely to see if they will resume payouts via e-gold (they say they are transferring funds from AlertPay, well by now that should have occurred). Of course there is NOTHING you can do about it, so relax. Same with 12by12daily. Just relax and don’t get your blood pressure up too high.
For some of you, you must now understand why am diversifying into Adsense, Yahoo, ClickBank and so on with some of these built to go packages? Like Firesale3? Yes, it may be a bit difficult for newbies to set up! But you have to start somewhere! You can’t be playing these games forever! Or... maybe you can! I certainly will try, but I have a backup plan! Do you?

Credits and earnings will not be compensated if you fail to view within 24 hours according to our server time or cannot surf for troubles not associated with CitasMedia."
"Membership fees must be funded with your own valid payment processor account. Each account can only associate with a unique email and payment processor account. Sharing of the same payment processor account (purchased with or paid to) will not be tolerated."
Good to know!

Finally, it's 10% per day, 140% ROI after 14 days, so a 40% profit after 14 days... but how soon will they pay out on that? Not clear! 5% referral commissions on what your folks put in.

- You will see an email that appears to be coming from e-gold but it is not. It will start with something like this:
“The account 'GOOD TASTE 4 U', # 3858741 has been created with you” Ignore it! I analysed the e-mail header and it is not coming from e-gold, and appears to be coming from web6.e-gold.com but in fact is coming from webs.e-gold.com, which does not belong to e-gold.com. And the link in the e-mail appears to be correct, but I would not trust it. E-Gold.com does not put link in their e-mails to you.
- Traffic7x paid me today. They’re improving day by day. (Use the Reviews button up top, then ctrl-F on Traffic7x to sign up or visit.)
- Two days ago I reported that I felt that 6K-Finance is about to run. I just received an e-mail from a member there saying that I was indeed correct. They have run, almost right after that post. The site is still up and collecting money, but according to my reader they have not paid in the last two days! Despite the stats page. As well he says that members’ deposits are showing as 0 USD (in their back office or members area, I presume). So I don’t know if it is true. I never joined them since my review of them a few weeks ago. I found that the owner was located in Malaysia and that I did not believe the rumor that Charis Johnson was behind it. And the amount of money pouring into that one was just too tempting for any Admin not to run with it.
- Seems that PSX has stopped payouts. I have never received mine, which were pending for three days now. Don’t send any moneys to them until payments resume.
- Those of you who are into Adsense Ads will want this Adsense Spy Tracker or AdSpyTracker. Basically it provides you with much better reports on clicks on your links than Adsense themselves. My sponsor has not found any better tool for this as yet, including his own! So if you’re into Adsense, check it out! It’s only ten bucks! Is there a catch? Yep, they will try to up-sell you but of course you are free to resist. Have a look.
- And update from Andy on TFT is below. First my brief comment on the TFT news, then Andy's reply to me.

Andy: "Well the update is - the servers have been upgraded.. The reason for the delay? Because I was told it was scripting, no it was server. no it was scripting, no it was pipeline, no it was server issues.
When I finally found someone to talk sense to - we upgraded the server and all is well.
Regarding the commissions - seriously a lame excuse?? Hmmmm no - the deposits aren't processed manually - we have automated payouts. But the database did track who referred who, and if the referrer had a spend in and all of that good stuff. And that is way too much effort to go through manually.
Losing a 3% ref fee is nothing on a 180% payout - I tend to think that people who care ooly about ref fees do not keep in touch with their downline and this was evidenced by the audit of XLO accounts and ref fees that had been credited excessively.
Additionally - we didn;t touch the 10% on every spend ref fee for XLO... (just more food for thought;))
Btw I am amused by the word generally - what the hell would it take to be a very good program?? After all we have not missed any payouts - we have not introduced any new rules that delay your payout we have not used that (very lame) business days vs calendar days (but its ok you can still SPEND on the non business days) excuse.. 4 months of payouts around the clock - constant updates.. + an autosurf that pays instantly everyday and has been doing so for 12 months.. you guys are a hard audience is that only constitutes "generally a good program:" lololol
